Old hotel building, rooms and bathrooms are not modern and not well maintained and not clean.

When order this hotel, I thought it was near the genting theme park or so on. But then I found out, this hotel was located at GOHTONG, still far away from awana skyway station. But the hotel staff (the lady help us check out and ordering taxi, at the front office) was nice.

Keadaan bilik agak kusam, langsir yang telah lama sehingga ada kulapuk kulat. Perlu pembersihan atau tukar yang baru. Bawah/tepi katil masih boleh nampak habuk. Wangian juga perlu ada untuk menghalang bau kepam bilik. Bantal sudah lama serta lembik. Lokasi hotel yang strategik. Amat perlu dijaga dan dipelihara dari segi kualiti fasiliti. Kaunter khidmat pelanggan baik dan bagus. Suasana lobby baik. Kemudahan bagus kerana ada penyediaan minuman percuma kepada tetamu dan pelanggan.

Old furniture, shower that doesn't flow normally, no wifi in the room. But the hotel staff is quite friendly.

The water heater is not functioning and air conditioning noisy

The hotel looks old and the rooms lights dim. Some of the facilities could not function well and no replacement. The nearby hotel offers cheaper rate and the the rooms are amazing!

Bedroom is spacious. Cleanliness is ok. Breakfast is good.

Overall good experience. Room was quite large, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Hotel is near strawberry farm and loads of food stalls you can walk with in 5mins, about 10mins drive to awana skyway & premium outlet, 20-30mins drive to first world plaza.

For the price quality of around 1 million this is a really ugly hotel. Starting from complaints from the reception, the room smells musty and the lights don't turn on, the TV also doesn't have any broadcasts between the TV and the bed difference. Large rooms are just unkempt typical of the beauty of the past which should be repaired not preserved considering this is not a museum. The bathroom sounds like a bicycle pot. There is no barrier between the bathroom and the sink even though my sister's room is there. no tissue in the toiler. there was no handle washer, brush and toothpaste also no super receptionist at all, we came at 2. Told to wait because the room was not ready. The point is the service is not good and very long. the hallway of the room is also dead. Very dark. The point must be corrected yes.

Breakfast is delicious, just not clean, staff are friendly. Don't like the smell of the other rooms. Spacious rooms only a little dark.

The room smells bad, even the xde lights, dark. Xs are ideal for family vacations.
