Check-in was fast and convenient. A RM50 deposit was required, which will be refunded after check-out. The room and bathroom were very clean, the toilet looked like it had just been renovated. The bed was comfortable, although one of the pillows was a bit thin. But there was an extra pillow in the wardrobe, which still had that fresh wood or new furniture smell 😅 I was given a connecting room, but unfortunately, it wasn’t soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations and even snoring from the room next door. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. There was no noise from the road as mentioned in some previous reviews. Although traffic from the nearby traffic light was a bit congested, it didn’t cause any major delays. Iron and ironing board were provided in the room, which was convenient. But no hair dryer. On the plus side, a travel amenities kit was provided

It is a very great location to many tourist spots like Jonker street, Klebang & new Bubble tea street.. Etc. We stayed in the family suite room, it was very spacious and big king size beds provided.

It's our second time staying in this hotel in the family suite. We love the location as not too busy traffic and all the famous foodies are just around the corner. Kids friendly and the staff are helpful too. Definitely our best choice to be in Malacca!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, but unfortunately the breakfast is not refilled which has run out, so the menu is less diverse

Room and bathroom were decent, matched the price you paid for. But the restaurant/breakfast could have been better. Ads/Info said it's between 7.30 to 10.30 am, but half of the food were only served/available at 9.00 am, plus egg station was not even opened. Staffs provided mediocre responses to these hiccups when asked.

Overall is good. Room is big. But bedsheet cover seem not changing, too old. Breakfast so so only.

Perfect 3 star hotel. Price is good. Room is convenient and clean. Breakfast is so good and plenty of variety food. Will recommend others if they wanna stay at Malacca 😊👍🏻

Difficult to parking. The price is quite expensive if there is no discount.

Has spacious and comfortable rooms, bedroom & bathrooms, powerful shower water. Breakfast is also delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's strategic location and close proximity to the dining outlets.

Comfortable hotel. Clean hotel room. Breakfast is quite varied. To RS crown / or large mall. Highland hero. Famosa. Palace museum of the Malacca sultan, Stadhuy, Hardrock, Jongker, Menara taming sari. Near 10 minutes by car. With grab fees only 5 merit.

Hi. Great stay here. Location is good. Rooms is big, tidy and clean. Toilet also clean and enough. Very Near to banda hilir. Breakfast is good also. The thing I would recommend them is to use soundproof curtain in room, quite noisy at night, and the sound is very clear. Others can conclude is a great stay at here.
