Small room, hard bed, back pain when sleeping, small TV, only Chinese and Indian languages, unable to watch Netflix, room not clean, we stayed 2 nights, only one small tissue, no spare, no coffee, no coffee cups. This hotel is suitable for Indian, Chinese, Burmese, expensive and not impressive, one time is enough.

We stay at the hotel before going to the hospital nearby next day. Room clean, large and Comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. we stay during Covid -19 protection policy then we have dine in room because restaurant was closed. Food is good quality and good taste. Big portion. Generally the hotel full of Chinese tourists but now country still close. So quiet hotel and worth for money if you come to Bangna Area.

The room is very clean, but the room doesn't have an injection hose. The breakfast is very delicious.

The receptionists weren’t hospitable and friendly enough. The room was quite old and had a bad & cigarette smell when entering. A/C was very dirty but it could work. The bathroom wasn’t clean and had lots of dark & dirty spots between tiles. Foods at BF bar were not fresh and not warm. No more foods added when it’s out of that. It’s not worth of money we paid.
