At noon on October 5, 2019, we checked out room 105 at the hotel. We left a Samsung phone charger in the room. In the afternoon of the same day, we went back to get our luggage, but there were no reminders or announcements about forgetting things. It was not until we got home that we discovered the forgotten things. Very dissatisfied with the service quality of this hotel!

I am on business trip so I book through the app to book a hotel, the location is also easy to find, clean room, light breakfast. The room is clean enough to use, but if you say an apartment, it is a bit confusing, there is a sink, a dish tray, but there is no cooking stove or dishware like other apartments, just a hotel. . About clean standards, I think only 2 stars and pool. Friendly staff, attentive care, like calling me out to watch fireworks due to the ceremony of April 30, and reminded me to eat breakfast. 100% satisfied with the employees, 60% of the facilities are not as expected, and not as good as the experiences of other apartments.

It’s very spacious and the room look exactly the same in the picture . We had a great stay. The staff were also all courteous .

I was nervous as I arrived with my bike in a box & was worried I would have problems finding a secure location to inbox & assemble it. The hotel was very accommodating & in my opinion a great place for cyclists. It is however only accessible by one road & not near any tourist attractions. The in house restaurant was excellent.

The staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel is attentive when helping me to have a birthday party with you on Valentine's Day.
