The staff were excellent - very friendly & gave great advice on places to go, best transport options for visiting sites etc.. Would be very happy to stay here again

Safe box was broken, fridge didn’t work, WiFi is very slow to nonexistent, amenities are outdated, too expensive for the service provided

The hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town and about 30 minutes beside the river to the Guggenheim museum. We really appreciated the hotel's parking. Even though we arrived several hours before check in, they allowed us to park immediately and even found a room that was ready to occupy. The staff on reception, and especially the one who checked us in, were fantastic. They also recommended a great place for dinner in old town. The room was modern, clean and had a fridge. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Very well located just on border with old town. Quiet area. Excellent breakfast for 6 euros. Very clean.

Hotel Sirimiri was a great choice, right in the town center, with private car park. Lovely quiet and clean place. Staff were welcoming and helpful, they allowed us to keep our car there for a good 5h after checking out. Would recommend and will use again!!

We booked this room for a two night stay in Bilbao. It’s located on a convenient location. Parking is behind the hotel for 12 cars. It’s a bit small but if you’re lucky it’s very convenient. The room itself felt old and smelly. The bed was rolling so impossible to sit on it. On the streets it’s very noisy. The walls are thin and all neighbors fun could be heard. It’s a convenient place, but it’s not special in any other way. Pillows are really thin. If you want some room comfort search another place. If you want a convenient location and good price this room can be good.

Nice place to stay,very clean,good loction

The location and room were great. Checking in was great though I was worried by the desk hours would close before I got there from my flight. The bed was two twins shoved together and they kept moving apart. That wasn’t the best sleep. The bathroom was huge!

Clean and fresh, but drab, decor. Snotty email about special requests.

Close to old town and to local market store so handy for bars and food. Large market area 400m away with excellent snacks and larger meals.
