The staff was absolutely wonderful! We had problems with our room and they were quick to switch us and solve our issues. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very convenient and safe at night. I would highly recommend.

Just an overnight we before the airport but I would love to stay here for longer again. A very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. There are plenty of free parking places at the rear and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Paid public overnight parking availability but unfortunately the hotel underground was full.

I was staying for business and it was a great experience. Wonderful location and it is very clean.

The hotel and room were nice overall. The breakfast was a bit lacking and i guess since it was a buffet i was never asked if I wanted anything even though there was a latte machine available if you ask

I’m a big guy so Booked a double room, but got a single room. No apology or interest after I pointed it out… either accept it or go somewhere else. So after two nights I moved to a different hotel.

Property has good design and is very well maintained. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet. It deserves its four stars and I would stay there again.

Upon check in the room allocated had curtains that did not fit the window and enabled lots of light to flood the room. The nice lady on reception reallocated a much smaller room but at least the curtains were ok. The room was made up for one person - one towel and pillow so this had to be sorted. There was also no water bottle in this room like there was in the previous room. Check out was the worst / three people on reception ‘all’ didn’t greet me, ask how my stay was or even talk so I slapped my card on the desk and walked out… rude and inattentive! Try somewhere that values its clients more!

Very well run hotel, clean and upscale design

This was the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at Kranz Parkhotel. The last time was 2 years ago, so it was a pleasure (though not a surprise) to find that the Kranz still provides wonderfully comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. Convenient to Autobahn and train station without any of the associated noise and congestion. Why stay any where else?
