Stunning hotel with attentive staff and comfy beds! Dinner at Arden was amazing, highly recommend making a reservation. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. Hope to return one day.

Lovely venue in the Ardennes.

We booked the hotel to visit Chevetogne monastery. Some days in advance we learned that there was no transport to get to the hotel from there. I sent the message to the hotel explaining the difficulties and asking to make a refund but did not receive any reply at all. So we had no chance to get to the hotel and have not received any advice or refund. That was very disappointing.

I really love the hotel very much. The service and the professionality are satisfying. The only problem I want to complain is the wifi signal around the compound. I couldn't load anything during my stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wunderbares, leider überteuertes Frühstück (45€p.P.) sehr schöne Sonnenterasse direkt am Schwimmbad, etwas stärend die Autobahngeräusche.Eon wunderbar es Hotel.
