The building and the grounds are lovely, and the interior is ok. It is a pity that the inside of the hotel did not see the same level of investment. The main issues for me were: * The bedroom lacked air conditioning, and the furniture looked like it belonged to a 1-star hotel: terrible taste and quality. * The food was ok, but nothing special at all. I can cook better at home. Dinner was quite ordinary, and breakfast was very disappointing. * The spa has a nice pool and jacuzzi, but the sauna was just a build-up wooden cabin that one could have at home. It fits at the most about 4 or 5 people if you squeeze. * The interior decoration could have been nicer. They have lovely arches that are hardly brought to life. Overall, I don't believe the hotel was worth £100+ for the night.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Kommunikation mit schlecht englisch sprechendem Personal und die unmotivierte Art, waren enttäuschend. Ich habe beim check in meine Visitenkarte abgegeben und dies für die Rechnungsanschrift hinterlegt. Beim check out wusste man davon nichts. In englisch habe ich mein Anliegen versucht zu lösen und wurde nur frech abgefertigt. Zudem unterscheidet man beim Frühstück seitens des Personals zwischen einheimischen und ausländischen Gästen. Einheimische Gäste bekommen ihre Kaffeespezialität vom Servicepersonal aus einer Siebträgermaschine und ausländische Gäste müssen sich mit einem Automaten zufrieden geben. Sehr schönes und nostalgisches Hotel, aber der Service ist absolut katastrophal. Keine Empfehlung für Business Gäste. Hier komme ich nicht mehr zurück.

這是我第一次出差到斯洛伐克，這家莊園有著歷史感的建築及裝飾，入住後就像拍電影一樣的感覺。特別的是一樓沒有冷氣空調，這次入住的房型也沒有電風扇，說實在有熱！ 好在當時天氣進到夜晚還能稍涼，所以還能結束。但是盛夏的話，我覺得會超級悶。因此選擇房型要和店家再三確認較好。 飯店有自己的停車場，服務人員算非常幽默又親切，早餐豐富美味。若有到此附近我會再選擇這裡入住。附近步行能到的餐廳只有一兩家小店，若要買飲用水可能要開車至商店去買，或者飯店內餐廳可買。

Qualitätsvoll renoviertes Schloss mit liebevoll angelegter Parkanlage. Bequeme Zimmer mit riesigem Bad und exquisiten Pflegeprodukte. Wunderschöner Innen-Pool mit Aussicht auf den Park. Gutes Frühstück in schöner Umgebung. Minus: kein Aufzug vorhanden und unangenehme Geruchsbelästigung vom benachbarten landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb.

Zeer mooi hotel. Jammer was er geen airco aanwezig op de kamer en het was een zeer warme nacht.
