A nice hotel with helpful staff, well situated for transport and only about 1.5 km from the centre. Good breakfast. The rooms have a good desk for working, and wardrobe etc. However the sheets and bath towels are cheap and uncomfortable, and the foam pillows too thick and large to sleep on.

YES everything is excellent i check in for 3 days was amazing Experience although bit cold but atleast was amazed to explore the city

Reception staff were friendly and professional. Really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel does not have air conditioning old and smelly. When we areived the hotel tells me it was canceled till we showed them its not they gave us a key to our room where there was 2 people sleeping inside they changed rooms and the beds are very uncomfortable horrible all around

Nice place

The room was snall but adequate for 1 night. Fairly basic, bed was comfortable but unable to completeroll down the shutters and lock them. The breakfast was great and plenty.

Very basic, but clean. Convenient transportation, and a regular breakfast.

Very old, expensive for what you get, old and out dated mattresses.

The hotel is in good location just 15 minutes or less by tram from the city centre with many cafe shops around. I really enjoyed my stay in Neufled hotel, the lady in the reception (Doloresso)was very friendly and showed me on the map the most important places to visit in Zurech, the room was clean and the toilet was spacious for single room. I have asked for backyard room as i am sensitive to noises and i was given one, the bed was comfortable. I needed slipper and i was provided with one.. The breakfast was good and the two ladies serving the breakfast were very friendly. Thank you to the hotel for hosting me.

Quiet and clean!

Lovely spot next to the tram stop and only a short 10min journey to the main station and the centre. Even though I only stayed for one night it was great to have such a convenient spot to explore the city from. The room was well furnished and I had a peaceful sleep. The room could have been slightly warmer but dressed for the expected weather

We stayed for our first night at Zurich. Hotel staff are super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the variety of food. Location is great if you plan to explore the city center.

The location was convenient and room we got was very spacious.The staff was very welcoming and accomodated us with early check-in. The breakfast option is a bit limited.
