The impression was very disappointing. The room was not soundproof at all, you could hear people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, the housekeeper pushing and pulling the mattress, especially when there was repairs, it was very noisy. The room was very small and felt stuffy. The Wi-Fi was slow. The bathroom was slippery and hadn't been cleaned. The towels were white but dirty, so they looked like brown dirt. The last day we got the sheets had blood stains.
