Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Starting from the CS at check-in, security and housekeeping, everyone applies smiles, greetings, and greetings. The hotel lobby is spacious. Check-out is also hassle-free. Thank you Graha Agung. The impression was very disappointing. The room was not soundproof at all, you could hear people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, the housekeeper pushing and pulling the mattress, especially when there was repairs, it was very noisy. The room was very small and felt stuffy. The Wi-Fi was slow. The bathroom was slippery and hadn't been cleaned. The towels were white but dirty, so they looked like brown dirt. The last day we got the sheets had blood stains. The location is also bad, when you want to enter the hotel by car, you have to pay 8,000 IDR for parking every time, even though you're just passing through. Highly not recommended...

Starting from check-in, the staff is friendly. All crews from security guards to employees who are met always smile, greet, and say hello. Calls to the receptionist at any time are quickly answered with the same friendliness. It's just that, maybe those who are dropped off using online vehicles are still charged a parking fee per entry. There are also many cafes around the hotel / close to Pakuwon Mall. Nice. 👍🏼

The breakfast price is affordable. The CS service is friendly and polite. The check-in process is also fast and clear. All crews apply greetings, smiles, politeness ☺️👍🏼 only, parking for online vehicles is calculated per entry.
