After checking out they are not allowing to stay for the rest of a day to enjoy swimming pool. I traveled all over the world and this is ONLY hotel that doesn’t allow it.Unbelievable

The hotel its self was clean and the most likeable for me was breakfast time. Variety of food and eat as much as you want. Staff were helpful and kind. Pools were easily accessible with plenty of space around. Daily house keeping and linen change.

Hospitality of the staff at this hotel was very average. Otherwise the stay was great in a decent location.

Huge hotel in Neum. A decent gym, a large indoor pool and a really nice rooftop infinity pool. Access to the beach via the elevator then tunnel was a good bonus. Nice little bars and restaurants on the beach front. The Hotel was ok, service quite good. The breakfast was a bit of a let down in terms of quality. It was a bit chaotic because so many people in a large hotel but the quality of hot items was not good.

The bed was not comfortable

The overall hotel was great and I will definitely come back. The outdoor restaurant by the beach did give me food poisoning so I do not recommend the palacinke from there.

Old and stinky

Great place! I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We liked the pools, sounas, hammam and the building itself, food and the buffet is really well organized but rooms should be a little better cleaned and remodeled. Over all

The main floor(front desk) was nice and clean. The views from main floor is gorgeous. The staff was OK nothing extra ordinary. And the rooms it self not worth the money they charge, had sea view but it was partial view! Overall i would rated this place 3 stars

Great location, good and safe parking facility. Very easy access to the beach. Front desk staffs were very helpful and accommodating. We had a mix up with the reservation dates. It was quickly addressed and resolved. Rooms were as expected clean and all the things worked as expected. Great view from the restaurant and pool area. Will certainly come back for our next trip to Neum.

Rude staff, horrible food choices, funky smell

Swimming pools, fitness center and dining room were great. This could be a 5-star Balkan hotel with a little effort.

The views are incredible, some staff was friendly. the food was not that great and the beds were uncomfortable .

Service and staff was great. Beautiful hotel. Only problem was not a lot of beach area, but the pool made up for it!

Nice location on the beach. Pool good. Rooms pleasant. No room service but can get hot water from bar for tea. A lot of tourist buses use this hotel.
