The room was dirty, with cobwebs and eyelash extensions stuck to the walls, and it hadn't been cleaned. The AC wasn't cold, and the remote was hard to press.

There needs to be some improvement. The room key can only be used once to leave. It has to be updated every time you enter.

The hotel staff is friendly, and it's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of the Setiabudi Astra MRT station. The rooms are spacious, with clean bathrooms and a full range of amenities.

It was really hard to get transferred here and there because it was full. When I got transferred to Senayan, I got a room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The staff were friendly.

Booked a non-smoking room. Got a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff did not provide air freshener. The hotel as a whole is not maintained.

This property very poor maintenance. The wall of the room and the toilets look very dirty. Basically the owner didn’t do any retouch since they made this property. The reality and the pictures the one showing in traveloka so much different!. I am very disappointed but I can’t cancel my booking because i chosen un refundable because my trust to traveloka. The worse property i had seen in my experience with traveloka!

This is not a good ppace to stay. The room is very dirty. I wonder when is the last time they wash bedcover. I couldn't sleep because there were bugs bitting me. The shower is worst, the area is not clean as well.

You need to deposit 100k. The staff is helpful and do great things. I assume the best thing is location. The cleanliness should be upgrade.
