I booked two rooms there, but it turned out that the AC in my sister's room wasn't cooling at all from the first day. It was as hot as a sauna. After contacting the staff, they only refilled the room with freon, and it still wasn't cooling. I stayed there for four nights. Then, they left a used pillowcase in my room, which they replaced and placed on top of my suitcase. Perhaps the staff forgot to bring it back.

The hotel is close to everything, including the Bali Humanitarian Tragedy Monument. Shopping is also nearby.

Overall, staying at Neo+ was very pleasant, with good service, friendly staff, and several facilities that made it easier for us to stay at Neo+.

Without breakfast, it's a great stopover with easy access to SkyGarden, the Bali Bombing Memorial, Beachwalk, and a 24-hour Indomaret. It's a short walk from Legian to Kuta. I always stay here every time I go to Bali. Recommended.

The room is nice, especially the swimming pool. It's clean and the breakfast has a lot of variations and the staff are not annoying.

I've stayed at Neo+ Kuta Legian twice. It's always memorable and enjoyable. It's close to Kuta Beach, just past Popies 2 to the beach mall and Kuta Beach. So, even in traffic jams, staying there is a pleasure. The food is also delicious, even though I've been there for three days, the menu is the same. If I get bored, I can just order online, there are so many choices. Continued success at Neo+. If I go to Bali again, I'll definitely stay here again.
