Terrible experience, we left after 20 minutes. Room 120 overlooked the roof of a shopping mall. The walls were covered with polystyrene panels to hide the mold. As soon as we entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. The table attached to the wall almost fell over. Instead of a refrigerator, we found a portable beach cooler. The bedding was old. The room photos were not the same as those published, full of filters (false advertising). Furthermore, the hotel has a spa that, without any notice on the website, was closed. Thanks to reading other reviews, we were spared it. Ms. Cristina was very welcoming and kind at the check-in. When we told her of our departure, she was aggressive and unfriendly, "and she's understanding." Personally, avoid. I give it one star because it's the best.

Old and run down rooms, there was no fridge in the room, there was a portable fridge for the beach instead, the wall table almost fell down, cracks in the walls, old bathroom and as soon as we entered the room there was an unpleasant smell, we left the hotel after 20 minutes (the time to find another one) and we still had to pay for the night

We stayed only one night and had a great time. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

I stayed at the property following a wedding. Aside from the truly desolate and dark location, I didn't appreciate the rooms and the lackluster cleanliness. I'm deeply disappointed. It was certainly acceptable, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. But it wasn't an experience I'd repeat, especially given its location.

Spa program needs reconsidering. Value for money, not great. The emotional shower, but it didn't work, I'd say. Other than the music, some lights, and some limescale everywhere, nothing major. I recommend having the sauna door fixed, as it's a bit worn. As for the whirlpool, which works strangely, I'd recommend installing a partition to at least separate the two areas (also for privacy). The showers in the bathrooms are completely cold, making it impossible to wash. The staff were more than friendly, courteous, and kind. I must say the ladies who performed the massage have phenomenal hands. But thanks to their hospitality alone, we had a wonderful experience.
