A recommended hotel to stay in Georgetown, Penang.

The hotel is quite nice, clean. Unfortunately the rooms are not cleaned every day.

Staffs not as accommodating as I thought, and not attentive as well. They did not get back to me as promised. I had to check back with them several times. Booked 2 rooms for a 2-day stay but checked out the following morning. Disappointed.

Everything is ok, just please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.

This hotel is truly worth the price! My room included breakfast and a bathtub, and the rate was incredibly reasonable. The value for money is excellent, making it a great choice for both comfort and affordability. The breakfast was decent, but I particularly appreciated the variety of milk options they offered. The service was excellent as well. Check-in time was at 3 PM, but I arrived at 12 PM and requested an early check-in. The staff checked the room, confirmed it was ready, and allowed me to check in early so I could rest—such a thoughtful and accommodating gesture! Overall, St. Giles Wembley Penang exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, convenience, and great value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Penang!

strategic location, near mall and komtar, easy to find halal food, clean and comfortable rooms, there is a work desk, fast wifi, if I go to penang again I want to stay here again

Parking was easy during my stay. Staff was friendly but no porter at the time to take our luggage.

This is my first time in Penang, I chose this hotel due to close to the city. The location is good, this hotel is near to Komtar and 1st Avenue shopping mall. On each side of the hotel there are small restaurants and small food courts. I had booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast have varieties, from local traditional breakfast to continental breakfast such as sushi, dimsum, congee, nasi lemak, cereals, pastries, breads, and egg station as well. There are self services beverages, varieties of teas - Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Chamomile and Mint for example. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino to start your day, there are self service coffee machine, freshly ground beans and chiller compartments for milk. It is worth the price is you choose to have breakfast in the hotel. I would book this hotel again for my next trip to Penang.
