We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sarajevo. Its prime location just a short drive to the airport made catching an early flight incredibly convenient. The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, modern, and featured a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, thanks to the excellent amenities and friendly staff.

Hotel has one of the best breakfast offers. They offer lunch and breakfast foods with great choices of Bosnian and International foods. Hotel has great parking space and its quick walk from popular Vrelo Bosne park. This hotel has a whole city inside the hotel, and its great spot for staycation.

Hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Don't rely too much in GPS or Google Maps, but th y will bring you close to the hotel and it is visible from afar. Staff is good and IMHO, the best part if the stay. Hotel itself has seen better days. Sky Bar, which was supposed to be on floor 11 was a horror show - pitch dark corridors with things on the floor. They also hosted some event in one of their ballrooms. It was incredibly noisy and it lasted until dawn, preventing me and my wife from having a good night's sleep. One good point goes to the breakfast buffet. Food was excellent and diverse. If you never visited Turkey this is as close as it gets in terms of good - meaning, it was tasty, diverse and plentiful. Overall, it isn't a bad place to stay but noise was a bit too much for us.

Excellent stay, right across rhe airport. Walking distance to restaurant anf shops.

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly not much English was spoken. Spa was good. Steam rooms were nice. Kettle and mini bar and hair dryer. Air con was hot! Had to leave the door open as it was hot. I would go again.

Stained sheets and pillowcases, hair in corners and on the sink. Loud noisy facility. Icky Gross. We had a 2 night stay, checked out and left early the next morning.

I’ll start with that some of the employees we came across during breakfast and dinner were good. The room we had has been worn a bit. It wasn’t cleaned daily and even when we asked the cleaning was not the best. The person at the pool named Kenan yelled and cursed at me and family and asked for a receipt for chairs and sun umbrella which you can’t get unless you pay for it. There is a huge food menu however most of the vegetarian stuff they didn’t have. Some of the waiters would say mean things about other guests in Bosnian which is completely unacceptable. Around the hotel is extremely dirty with trash everywhere. One night the waiter put someone’s coke at our table and our son accidentally drank from it, the waiter saw it and proceeded to pour it for someone else. Some of the guests at this hotel also touch everything- you have to almost police the table. It was better when I stayed here two years ago-never again.

Spa wellness is very good , staff very helpful ,very good rich breakfast

Its a resort with some time built, it is maintained but shows that years have passed. Staff is excellent and food in breakfast is good variety. Room conditions as for space are huge with the years factor in mind. Its worth the stay
