Every morning they leave pastries and water bottles in a bag on your door. Never seen anything like it before and absolutely loved it

The hotel is very centrical. Steps from puerta del Sol and lots of stores and restaurants. Nice staff and cute room. They leave a bag at your door every morning with donuts, muffins and 2 boxes of water.

Great location walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, lots of places to eat close by as well as a bar/restaurant at the entrance of hotel and on the roof top. Great free coffee 24 hours . Would definitely recommend this spot for your travels to Madrid .

Great location, quiet, clean rooms. I found a bag of breakfast pastries and water hanging on my door in the mornings, which was a surprise! Everything was great, I would recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved our terrace room, staff were always polite and friendly and we would without hesitation stay here again.

This is a small hotel right in the center of Old Town. Big room, nice size shower, has a rooftop restaurant. Staff at desk spoke English and were very helpful. They even left us water and breakfast treats outside our door every morning.

Everyone and just about everything was great, except for the bed was too hard. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was extremely clean and since it was not facing the main street, it was pretty quiet. The best thing about the stay was how helpful the staff was. They were all so nice and extremely friendly. The coffee area was extremely convenient and the daily pastries and water were very sweet.

We flew in and out of Madrid’s airport for a vacation in northern Spain. We were only in Madrid the night of arrival and the night before we left to come back home. Both nights we stayed at B&B and had a great experience. The hotel is just a couple minutes from a square where Ubers are able to pickup (they cannot pickup at the hotel, as it is on a pedestrian street). We were able to walk to many tourist spots and shopping/food. The staff was excellent and provided bagged breakfast at each room before 5:30 A.M. each day. There is a self service cafe where they provide fruit, cookies, water/juice, and a coffee machine. We would definitely go back!
