Large room very clean staff very helpful

Was Pleasant and nice rooms just a little noise but that’s the vibe of luqa Malta so get used to it. Staff amazing amenities always available and had good sleep.

Good location. Modern building. Only negative was the breakfast as no good quality in my opinion. There are plenty of coffee places outside where you can have real coffee.

Room was cleaned everyday. New towels and toilet rolls also given everyday. Staff are very helpful. Will definitely stay here again

Relatively inexpensive but very loud. Good if you want to go out at night or don’t mind some rather loud guests with thin walls.

this is a great hotel in the area for people on a budget

Guys - location is a winning factor; plus, it's cheaper than most alternatives and really, there's hardly anything bad I can say about any aspect of how they run the hotel. It's not luxury, but I will 100% return given the chance.

Very clean, very pleasant staff easy access to bar’s restaurants and bus services

The hotel is near to dining areas and other facilities. However there is a lot of noise from the surrounding buildings. Access to the building is a bit dangerous especially when it rains and slippery.

Hotel itself is nice room I was staying in was spacious and clean. The problem was building sites surrounding hotel. They starting work early and makes that construction site noise. And another inconvenience was parking hotel doesn’t have parking so it’s on street parking but if there’s no close space to the hotel do you have drive around the streets to look for space. But in general I enjoyed staying in a hotel

Hair Was found in the floor and at the walls in the bathroom. They don't answer any messages sent on WhatsApp, email and don't pick up the phone (tried for 3 hours). I was supposed to get a room with bathtube as I requested but no one replied back and after all my room was without bathtube

Property was in a good spot. But a lot of building work going on. We have silver status on Expedia which we were told to mention on check in. But the receptionist didn’t seem to know what we meant. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was good. All round good stay

The location is very good. Staff is friendly and helpfully. They allow to leave my luggages there until my flight at night. The breakfast is good. The room is good, but in the bathroom there is no box and when taking a shower wet everything.

The view from our room was 3 building sites and a rooftop disco, that kept us awake until 3 a.m. The hotel says parking is available but don’t mention that they only have 4 parking places or, if you’re lucky to be offered one ( we weren’t!) it will cost you €20! Oh, and the toilet seat in our bathroom was broken!

I do not recommend this hotel. They advertise it as "soundproof", then put you in a room with a door to the other room, where you can hear people in the room next to you. The heater did not work, and the receptionist kept saying it worked, even though the room did not get hot. This is next to a noisy street and a construction site. There is also a lot of noise coming from other rooms. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. Avoid!

Lovely hotel in a great location, very clean. Near to the good area but far enough out to not hear it all. With good transport links nearby Lots of construction ongoing which did ruin lay ins but that's not the hotel's faults and it's everywhere in the area. Slight niggles would be better communication via messages needed and initially my friend paid for the what should have been the free upgrade
