The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The Italian restaurant served delicious food. The menu had quite a variety of different foods. The terrace and pool area was also very pleasant with staff that was friendly. They went out of their way to make you feel at home.

Everything was perfect!!

Booked a room during a stopover from patagonia, on my way back home, specifically for the rooftop pool and bar, as I wanted to enjoy the sun before returning home. The rooftop was closed for a private event, so I couldn't use the pool or rooftop bar, which was very disappointing. Didn't actually sleep in the room so cant comment on how comfortable the room was.

Super luxe and great staff

At first the ac didn't work, but they promptly sent someone to fix it. Their restaurant is not well known for lunch and evening but their italian food is excellent.

Hotel is great! Excellent views from rooftop, access to Spa pool and sauna is a plus. Breakfast was delicious!

Hotel lobby people very rude after we show up early and waiting at lobby they kick us out of there and than after we check in they don’t want to work with us for put my kids on same floor with closer rooms. Beds are horrible, super uncomfortable and bathroom urgently need upgrades. After feeling very unsafe and leaving hotel don’t refund are money and losing over $700 DONT STAY THERE !!

We spent about $2000 on our rooms we requested 1 hour of late checkout but we are asked to pay $15 . We have never seen hotel charging for 1 hour of late checkout .

Hotel was just ok. Unless Expedia is falsely advertising, this was not VIP status and I’ve stayed in plenty hotels with a variety of ranges (from renting hostels to renting villas). Lighting in room was horrible (not enough to do a proper makeup) Ventilation smelled of sewage at time Bathroom was not super clean However we appreciate the staff’s flexibility to accommodate early check-in and late check-in for a price.

Early check in fee is very elevated. Ac on my room was broken. Hotel has a beautiful set up and view
