Breakfast buffet was very good, had what you need . Ill improve the coffe dispenser or coffe machine. and bread could be better ...knowing that Chile got a great bread culture.

Primera vez que visito Chile, y agradezco al staff por habernos hecho sentir como en casa, muy cálidos, muy atentos, siempre con buena actitud y serviciales. Muy agradecida de todos, en especial Javier, Javiera, 1 chico y 1 chica más (que recuerdo sus caras, pero no sus nombres. Qué memoria la mía :( disculpen). Gracias por su calidez y excelente servicio ;)

0 flexibility from the hotel staff about quite a few things, for instance 140 usd penalty after checking out 40 minutes late after a 12 day stay at the hotel, which only after negotiating I could bring down to 60 usd. Or not getting any lenience when I wanted to cancel 1 of the 12 nights booked (Expedia and the hotel simply blamed each other and said the other party would not allow it) Small annoyances like having to leave an obligatory 450 usd depósit for extra charges which was not valid in any of the restaurants, or surcharges for things like a robe in the spa. restaurant staff was very friendly

Overall, it was a good stay. The location is nice and safe; you can walk around easily. The hotel is nice and practical. The spa team is unfriendly and the spa service is average.

The manager of the Sky restaurant provides excellent customer service. The waiters, Peter, Orlando, and the rest of the staff, do an exceptional job. The food is delicious, and the restaurant's location offers a privileged view of the Andes mountain range

The design of this property is quite unique and it works. They must have used a brilliant architect.

I stayed for 2 nights. It's a good hotel located in downtown santiago. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
