The hot water ran out after two people showered, and both the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally small.

Everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, great service, great breakfast, super location, and so beautiful. Walking distance to the Medina, restaurants, the Casbah, the waterfront, and banks. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooftop Terrace makes it worth every penny. The views...wow!

Very friendly staff. The rooms are authentic, you are fully aware you are in Morocco. We had deluxe double which was sufficient for us. The bathroom was clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. It's not a clean cut spik and span hotel but it was a very comfortable stay. Air con in the room, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us, local to mosques, market, beach and local attractions. Get to know the system of taxi's. Its cheaper to transfer cabs to reach your destination blue/white/yellow. If you use one cab into another area it can be expensive. I would stay here again, and recommend to others. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to some of the storage space in the room being damaged.

This riad is smartly placed at the the west end of the Medina, is a fantastic comfortable family run Riyad with a handful of rooms, the best part about this whole thing is a rooftop pool in the views... They are conditioning is absolutely sensational. Sensational the beds are pretty comfortable, but the location is fantastic, situated right outside of a casbah and within feet of the Medina everything is walkable. Walkable taxis are right outside and everybody is so friendly and so we go to help, never at any point. Did we not feel safe in the staff? Was just absolutely sensational breakfast was served on the rooftop. It was traditional. Coffee was amazing. The staff was just fantastic. Can't say enough about that. Worth taking your time and staying here... The location was just phenomenal

Top experience, you're not seeking here a 5 stars facility, that must be remembered, but you're getting the good memory instead. Rooms are clean and neat, although I missed a socket or two to connect chargers etc. Bathroom was a bit too small to call it comfortable but still functional. The attention of our host Hicham was exceptionally good, from the reception to the breakfast time where he's been kind and attentive, also we were able to leave our back bags for some extra hours after checking out while having a tour through the old city. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a genuine Moroccan staying in Rabat, very close to some nice stuff around to visit and sightseeing.
