Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Cozy room and amazing helpful stuff and perfect location I will go back again.

Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.

This is a small hotel. The personnel are very courteous and friendly. The closest trains stop is only two blocks away. We found a nice Peruvian restaurant in the area. It is not luxurious, but they make you feel at home. They speak English well.

The hotel itself felt very safe, though the area wasn’t great. It’s a short walk to the Italia area which has a great assortment of restaurants and shops. Sound carries quite bad from the hallway/stairwell but otherwise it’s quiet enough. The price is right, just maybe be careful if you plan on being out past 10pm.

I was so happy with this hotel. The room and all the common areas were immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of options (fruit, yogart, eggs, juice, coffee, meat and cheese, and lots of breads and pastries). The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the Santa Isabel metro and 15 minute walk to the "Little Italy" area with lots of shops and dining. Most of all the staff here were very kind and professional, and extremely patient with my very limited Spanish.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Front desk assisted us booking taxis etc. We initially had a twin room on the ground floor next to the breakfast area which was quite loud. The front desk staff kindly moved us to a different room which was very quiet. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was unilingual Spanish speaking.

Cute clean little place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Simple breakfast included. Room was modern clean and very well kept throughout my stay. Very walkable location within a mile or so of most tourist hot spots and only about two blocks from subway station for anywhere else. Great place at a great price.

Nice, small, clean hotel. Center of city off major avenue, so traffic noise could be an issue. Pleasant, helpful staff - tasty breakfast.

Local no centro da cidade, quarto limpo mas super simples. O grande problema são as escalas...local não possui elevador, para subir com malas é complicado.
