For my first experience and not knowing the native language, the staff and concierge were amazing. They made me feel at home regardless of the language barrier. Cant say enough about the staff at Dreams Karibana, you guys are amazing. I wish i remembered the names. Great job and keep doing what you do.

Very nice place with really good security

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams Karibana Resort in Cartagena! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and easy, making me feel welcome from the start. The staff provided exceptional customer service, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the convenience of getting around—both within the resort and to the city. Transportation was easy to arrange, and the location made it simple to enjoy all that Cartagena has to offer. I highly recommend Dreams Karibana to anyone seeking a relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free vacation in Cartagena. I can’t wait to visit again!

The beach was very close to the property. Bese were avalable to go to town and shop

After staying in its related resort Secrets in Mexico, I was sharply disappointed with the amenities and design of the hotel. This hotel doesn’t do much well, food, service, and appearance is average. It also appears there’s certain aspects of the resort that still have paint that are in blotches along the walls in the VIP/Preferred Club. The drinks are also very watered down in comparison to Secrets in Mexico. The food at dinner and breakfast also left much to be desired. the potential is there, but this resort doesn’t scream luxury despite being in relation to Secrets. I would not recommend.

EXCELLENT PLEASE FOR VACATION

I cant complain about the hotel. I enjoyed everything. From the front desk to cleaning employee. Rafael is always willing to answer any question that i had. And Romeo was great with my excursion to palenque and i cant wait to come back to colombia again..

Staff and service were great. Place loses power at least once a day. Albeit for a short period, it’s still inconvenient.

No maybe things to do at the resort and lots of bugs and mosquitos at the outdoor restaurants

Our first family vacation after having our first baby was a success here at Dreams in Cartagena. The service was the best part of it all. All staff was very friendly. The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us.

Very beautiful hotel! Super nice, welcoming and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were great, hotel extremely secure (you have to go through two security guards) & super clean! Would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Cartagena!

Hotel was very nice and everyone was super friendly. Only complaint is the food and entertainment could have been better. I thought they would have Colombian authentic food but that was not the case, the meats were very tough. Only restaurant that was good food was the sea side one. We had a sea bass and seafood rice which was yummy. Also not too much pool entertainment. This is good resort for those who want to relax and not have big crowds . Overall not too bad I would come back 😊

The hotel is very beautiful and expansive. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Spectacular view from my oceanview room. However, some of the food items were dry and not as tasty as it should be.
