Excellent. My room had a beautiful view of Santa Maria Maggiore's dome. Room was nice and comfortable with a great memory foam mattress. Convenient location for walking to other sights like the above cathedral and not too far from the Colloseum and Domus Aurea

WiFi did not work in my room. Can’t control the ac without asking the front desk to adjust and second key requires a purchase of 10 euros. Would not stay again

This hotel has everything you need. I felt safe staying there. Room was small and accommodations were basic, but again it was everything you need. I was able to get around the city by walking most of the time, but I did log a lot of steps in the process. The train is nearby if needed.

Washroom was dirty and the floors were very dirty.

Hotel was along a quiet street, conveniently located near the train station. There were some cute bars located around the corner from the hotel. We found the smell within the hotel a little overwhelming (use of air fresheners, etc) and the shower to be quite small. As a note we found the location was a little out of the way of the key sights in Rome. We were often walking 30/40 minutes to key attractions with not a lot of strong transit options.

This property was close to the Termini. It was perfect for needing to walk there. The area was nice. The room was on the smaller side, but for what we needed it for (drop our things, explore the city, then come back and sleep), it was perfect. The tiny elevator was a fun surprise.

On the second day of our trip, we entered our room to find a random maintenance worker (not hotel staff), in our room (bathroom with door open) working on the shower. We did not ask for any maintenance work to be done, and were never notified by anyone at the hotel that this would be taken place. When we went to inquire at the front desk as to why there was someone in our room, the women at the front desk said “oh, my colleague didn’t tell you?” And then processed to say that they don’t know when their maintenance guy comes and when he does they get him to do work in varies rooms, an unacceptable response in my opinion. We were also then told we could not use our shower for the remainder of the day, which we had come back to our room specifically to do. There were multiple ways they could have notified us of this (phone, email, note, etc.). I also had an engagement ring in my room, and stuff had been moved around in the room and bathroom. When I asked the women at the front desk how this can be rectified, I was told to send an email to the manager, which I did immediately but have yet to receive a response (it has been 4 days now). Completely unacceptable. The room itself was very small (2 people max). The area around the hotel is nice and it is centrally located, however I cannot get over the fact that a random person was allowed in our room without being notified at all. Would not recommend this property, as there are numerous others in the same area.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. Unfortunately shortly after we arrived we found we didn't have any running water working in the room. We reported this and they managed it get it fixed in a few hours. However the rest of the stay the bathroom didn't have a particularly nice smell to it. They did apologise for the inconvenience and it seemed we were the ones who pointed out a wider issue. The room was a little small but nice! The hotel it's self has lovely character and is in a great location. Really easy to get to from the train station. It's really ideal if your not going to be spending much time in your hotel. Which we didn't, we were exploring!

We had a great stay during our recent trip to Rome! The location was perfect, just steps away from the train station and a short walk to the Colosseum, which made getting around incredibly easy. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. Mohammed and Ellie were incredibly generous, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel at ease throughout our entire stay and truly added a personal touch that we really appreciated. We were just two people using the hotel mainly to sleep and freshen up, and for that purpose, it was more than enough. The room was clean and functional which is just what we needed. The only minor downside was the green emergency light in the room, which stays on for safety reasons and can’t be turned off. While we completely understand the need for it, it could be a bit bothersome if you’re someone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. That said, I used a sleep mask and had no issues at all. All in all, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to Mohammed and Ellie for making our visit even more memorable!

We had a lovely stay here! The location is great and the room is clean, quiet and comfortable. For the price especially, it is a nice spot to stay in Rome.

Great area

Very good front desk. Very comfortable bed. Small room with stool to sit on but no chair for comfort. Room was terribly HOT when we got there. The room key must be inserted to turn on the air conditioning. We left again and came back again in the evening. It was extremely hot inside again. Asked for a an extra key card so I could keep the air conditioner on. There were no extra keys available so they offered us to keep the key card inside the room to keep it cool and they had to open our room each time we came back. Key cards can't be that expensive so it's unusual to not have enough. Anyway, had the air on as low as it could but the room became somewhat cool enough to sleep but not very cold. No matter what we did, water from shower went on the ground outside. The drain wasn't connected so my foot made contact with something below it. Location is good. Walkable to everything including the train station. Bottom line: if my rooms air conditioner wasn't an issue and could remain on without a key card, I might give this 5 stars. Air is 1 star, bed and staff were a 5, so I gave it an average of 3.
