An excellent hotel, really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very pleasant

Slopes easily accessible, spa was nice, but jacuzzi’s were not functioning properly. Water temperature could have been warmer in the pool and jacuzzi.

Perfect place for a one day rest on the trip to Italy. SPA facilities helped recovery after long journey from UK. Tasty continental buffet breakfast - terrace tables recommended - amazing view.

Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day) Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer) Big credits to the restaurant team Electrical car charging station in the basement car park. On the minus side: Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over. The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about. Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row) Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests. All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s just a walk down the hill to Les Eucherts. You can rent all your ski equipment in the hotel and store it in the locker provided. We took the half-board option at the restaurant, which was a great choice. They changed the menu and added different items every 2 days, so we didn’t get bored. The breakfast buffet had many options. We had a family suite and the kids loved having their own space with a bunk bed. We spent our time skiing, ice skating, swimming, using the spa, sledding, and walking through the town. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’ILY Hôtels La Rosière. Tout était réuni pour un moment de détente et de dépaysement. Un immense merci à l’ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant, disponible et d’un grand professionnalisme. Leur gentillesse et leur attention ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c’est sans aucun doute la vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Pouvoir admirer ce panorama depuis le jacuzzi est un véritable privilège, tout comme depuis le restaurant où chaque repas devient un moment unique face aux sommets. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme, le confort et un accueil irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Bonjour Hotel très propre et bien placé. Personnel au top. Chambre très bien sauf pour les toilettes.. très difficile d accès. Sinon rien à redire d autre.
