An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk

The place is magnificent. Everything great. This is a classic tourist area with little authentic feelings.

The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax.

This is a fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. The staff are fantastic.

Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!

Clean the room everyday

Great location, well maintained property with activities for all ages. However, the food in the restaurants and room service was horrible and pricey. Always had to go out for a meal or ordered in. Check out is at 12 noon. At 12:04 we had do not disturb sign on and a cleaning team used the card and still entered while I was dressing up.

Amazing location and perfect for kids. Outstanding breakfast buffet and staff were top notch and very friendly. Really fast to get a taxi and entertainment every night was great.

It’s very nice hotel

The hotel is very modern and clean and provides all the services you would expect for a 5*. The service was excellent. I would most certainly return back to there again.

Hotel is amazing especially for kids, loads for them to do with water parks etc Breakfast buffet also very good selection and 5 star service Area around isn't so great compared to other places in Tenerife, very busy and restaurants are hit and miss

Family trip to Tenerife was amazing and the GF Victoria was instrumental in delivering a great experience as well as providing a variety of fun experiences for our family. Breakfast was delicious and full of options.

Excellent hotel

Make sure you don’t get a room next to the restaurant fans.. noisy! Hotel changed rooms but street view wasn’t great. We were told hotel was full… not half term! Unfortunately it wasn’t clean! Found cockroaches in draw and in shower! Didn’t see point of changing room for the third time! Only there for 3 nights! Never ate breakfast again… Would of expected the final bill which was around £45 to be waivered, as a gesture of goodwill!

Great location in centre of Adeje area. Modern, impressive 5 star hotel. Mainly suitable for families. However there were sufficient pool & sunbathing areas for ‘ Adults only’. Staff were friendly & attentive & place was well managed.

Great hotel for families, very nice room, great facilities and great location. The only downside is the price of the dinner buffet, which feels too expensive. There are better restaurants in the area for the same budget.

Pool area was fantastic and very clean. Infact the whole hotel was very clean. Amazing facilities for children. Excellent location to local restaurants; 5-10min walk max. Would 100% re-visit.
