Great location for Palma & the old town, on a quiet side street just a minutes walk from everything you need. Rooms very clean and modern. Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.

Beautiful hotel in the old town and tasty breakfast. Lots of dinning options around as it’s very well located. May at reception was so welcoming. My friend and I had the best time and would definitely come back

A cute little boutique hotel in a great location.

Great location , enabling you to walk easily to key locations. Lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. What I liked least, was some chair fabrics such as in reception area were grubby. On arrival to room there was a smell of sweat. The shower grouting needs a deep clean. This did not impact on our overall stay.

All staff exceptional , friendly and helpful, especially May and Angela and all the breakfast ladies, everyone we met really. All worked hard. Breakfast good and could get freshly made fried eggs and omelettes. Very close to eveything all walkable within about 20 minutes. Bus routes and hop on hop off bus stops in placa mercat 1 minute away.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

This hotel is wonderful and a true hidden gem. Situated in a back street tucked away from the main shopping streets in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Palma you could not ask for a better location. The property itself is appointed to a very high standard and the staff are so extremely helpful and really made our stay special. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and amazing

Excellent location… central to shops & restaurants but in a quiet street. Staff were pleasant, public areas of hotel were chic and well appointed. The room we stayed in was small and a bit tired but had large shower & comfortable bed.

The most helpful and friendly stuff creates a wonderful harmony in an architecturally beautiful building.

This is quite a difficult review to write because we really loved the hotel but the behaviour (shouting, swearing, screaming) of another guest led to the police being called on at least two occasions, one at 02:30! Our misfortune on night 1 of a 2 night stay was to been in the next room to this individual, so we aked to change rooms for night 2. May in reception arranged this for us - she was amazing throughout our stay, a real credit to the hotel and the wider company. Unfortunately, this person started performing again on the 2nd evening with police again in attendance but we went out for dinner & all was quiet by the time we got back. Would I go back - yes, we were just unlucky and I would not that against the hotel or the staff, who were clearly not used to dealing with such appalling behaviour. If it was my business, I would have a zero tolerance approach to such behaviour and this individual would have been told to leave after the first instance. Maybe that is something the company can reflect on when they next review their policies and procedures.

The reception to the hotel was very pleasant and situation very good. However, the room was tired, dirty, flaky paint, ill fitting doors, mould in the bathroom and small. This is more 2 star. Raising concerns with the staff they said there was nothing they could do and there was no manager present. Dreadful experience. Poor breakfast. UHT milk. Limited choice as they ran out of pastries and said once they are gone there is no more!

Great quiet place with close proximity to everything

This was a very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the best that I had on my entire two week vacation and the staff was good about calling a taxi for me and even offered me some toast or juice for breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast started that morning

We loved our mini-break stay here. It was a birthday celebration for my partner and the team made our arrival so very special with a surprise welcome. It was perfect. That aside, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of everything. We love Palma and will definitely be back. A huge thank you to the team for making our visit so special.

Icon Rosetó is a lovely little boutique hotel in a converted convent, in a great, central location, just 10 mins walk from La Seu, 7 mins from Passeig Del Born and 12 mins from Plaça de España. Breakfast was lovely, and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Despite the central location, it is located in the middle of back streets, so is very peaceful and quiet. We had a room on the first floor, with a spacious terrace with loungers and a table and chairs overlooking the pretty courtyard. Loved everything about this hotel.
