This is my third visit and I continue to be impressed by the staff, who were always helpful, professional and friendly. The room was serviced every day. Very good value for money.

Location is fantastic, staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Only caveat is very weak wi-fi, but sometimes it is great to be off the grid!

Breakfast one the best in the country.

The room was small and basic. The air conditioning unit did not work particularly well. However the free breakfast was good and varied.

Friendly staff and amazing breakfast! Walking distance to everything and parking available. We really enjoyed staying here.

A wonderful little hotel, very comfortable and affordable. Helpful staff, who speak Abania, Italian, and English. Conveniently located to all the sites without the noise and congestion of the typical tourist spots. A full breakfast is included. I had dinner in the restaurant; the food was fresh and generous portions. Only down side, there was no refrigerator in my room as was noted on the booking that one was included. Note: If you can't (or don't want to) do stairs, that might be an issue for you.

Hotel personnel was very helpful in getting our luggage taken to our rooms. This more than makes up for the absence of an elevator. My only problem is with the very dark corridors. I understand the need to conserve electricity. The corridor lights are motion-activated but most of them were not really working. We had to use our cellphones to illuminate our way into the corridors. The hotel location is walking distance from the major attractions in Berat.

Good location, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the town but good walking distance to everything. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. There is construction work going on behind the hotel, if you want to sleep in until after 7.30, ask for a room facing the street.

The property was very conveniently located. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with a very reasonable price. The staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was very clean with quality food.

Único ponto bom do hotel foi o café da manhã. Nos entregaram um quarto em reforma que o banheiro estava sem porta e sem pia, o recepcionista veio ver e só lamentou e virou as costas. Não teve nenhuma atitude de trocar de quarto nem nada. Wi-Fi só pegava no corredor, dentro do quarto não.

Le confort de la chambre et de sa salle de bain sont très sommaires mais l’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n’y a pas de parking, je me suis garée à proximité dans la rue et ai pris une amende… Aucun endroit où payer le parcmètre…

Trots att hotellet ligger nära vägen var det tyst nattetid. Mycket välstädat och personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och vänliga. Frukosten var god och riklig

Bien situé, accueil mitigé mais cordial. Petit dej correct mais sans plus. Chambre bien pour y dormir pas pour y passer du temps ! Proximité de tout vraiment idéalement situé !

Fantastic staff and a ok breakfast

Très bon hôtel, avec un accueil et un service souriant. Les chambres sont très confortables et très calmes. Petit déjeuner complet et très complet. À deux pas du centre historique. Vraiment une belle adresse..
