This hotel is a beacon of light in the smog that is Rizhao. The staff was very helpful and even saved us money on the night show! The hotel is pretty new and beautiful.

There was a very good room & meal arrangement, excellent breakfast. Very good room housekeeping.

Nice hotel, neighbourhood not so nice

Spacious Room, very clean and comfortable temperature in hot summer. Large swimming pool and good fitness center. It's a bit far from beach tho. In frequent shuttle to beach, but each to call a taxi with less than $5 to get anywhere you want to visit. Overall, nice experience and I will recommend this hotel

The staff were very professional and helpful, our room was an aesthetic pleasure, with one exception of a needed vacuum and the facility was complicated with an apparent thoroughfare running up the hotel’s driveway. WiFi was excellent and Televisión services appropriate, the bathroom was a modern dream and the decor was beyond fitting by Western standards. Overall, Novotel is a beautiful five-star gem in the old city section of beautiful Rizhao City.

Although we actually live in Rizhao we booked a room at the hotel for sleeping convenience after a Chinese New Year's party. The room was clean and modern in appearance. We were disappointed the bed was too small for two adults and a child even though the room was advertised as being for two grownups and a child.

Beautiful hotel in a very friendly city. Great Experience staying there. We loved the pool and the children's play room. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

When checking in around 8pm, most of the public areas inside the hotel have no or minimum lighting and air conditioning. Probably for saving power because very few people were seen. Room conditions were definitely not up to expectations. Not well maintained. Not what you would expect from a Novotel hotel

到了酒店，无行李员帮忙盘行李；排队半小时办理入住时被告知三个房间都没有整理好，强烈要求先安排一间后，大家集中去休息，打开客房门，床品歪扭、垃圾未倒、毛巾没有、空调不冷，关键是反复催告后，其余两间毫无踪影，无奈，只有发动朋友各楼层自己去搜索基本完成整理的客房、然后跑去前台抢以上房源。一通折腾，两小时没了。然后入住后发现两间都有打扫不仔细的问题，毕竟是抢出来的。酒店停车是和商场共享，比较老旧的那种，遇到晚高峰，可想而知的杂乱无章，找个停车位或离开车库，10分钟都不止。更可气的是酒店发放纸质停车免费券，但大楼物业在收费岗亭基本无人值守，3次出2次扫码收费8元（过夜要18），提过意见，酒店也改进不了，物业是人家的，算了自己付吧，咱耗不起这个时间呀！早餐奇差无比，就是团队接太多了，房价被压，酒店在早餐上予以弥补回来一些。押金不主动退，退房后4天，打电话才退的。总之，入住后没有一样是顺心的，窝了一肚子的火气，码了以上长篇，算是一种宣泄！

早餐种类还挺丰富的，其它的没有什么大的亮点

這間飯店開幕於2014，原來是很不錯的，房間配置很好很現代化，但歷經數年，房間的設施已漸漸有些折舊，例如地毯已經髒舊，應該可以更新了

前枱服務很好, 唯要求勿擾卻被強行開門打掃, 很不舒服。

早餐內容待加強，其他都很好

처음 호텔 check in 할 때, 당연히 예약 확인된 사항 확인한 걸로 인지하였는데, 호텔 측에서는 당일 예약이라고 생각하고 호텔 비용을 charge 하였습니다. 꼭 호텔 방문하실 때 예약 현황을 프린트하여 방문하셔서 이중 charge 가 발생하지 않도록 주의해야 할 것 같아요.. 아침 조식은 그냥 soso.. 당연히 김치나 김밥 / 스시 종류는 없구요... 빵은 맛있었어요.. 그럭저럭 먹을만 하였습니다.

객실은 훌륭했습니다. 다만 객실카드가 자꾸 마그네틱손상이 나서 몇번 교환해야 하는 번거러움이 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다^

그냥 잠만 자고 나왔습니당. 괜찮은편 입니다. 주변에 뭔가가 없었던것 같았습니당.
