Everything is good. No matter how many times I go, I will stay here. (Had had bad experiences elsewhere) so had to stay here only. The last time I applied for membership, the employees were lovely, explained well, and were all friendly and smiling.

Akses ke mana pun gampang. Stasiun dekat, beli oleh-oleh dekat, makanan banyak. Worth it.

Simple and comfortable hotel with strategic location. Appreciate the free drinks in the pantry and umbrella lending.

Location is good, just walk a few steps to shopping street.

Does not provide coffee and tea in the room, and the room air conditioner is very long to cool in summer, the room is too small.

Clean, safe, elegant, near shopping district

The room is good and the toilet is very clean. For me, this clean person is very satisfied with the whole, just like the photo. It’s a pity that I only stayed for one night. I will live here again when I have the opportunity to come to Osaka. Close to the station, followed by Google Maps will arrive. It is also very close to Shinsaibashi and can be reached in three minutes. There is also a free baggage service available, very good.

Have a good stay here. The hotel was new & clean, staff was great. 10 minutes walk to dotonbori area. 7/11, lawson, family mart and restaurant nearby.

We stay for 5 nights and we are really appreciated this hotel. Thank you for all staffs, they were nice and willing to help. we were landed at the morning and so tired of traveling then I asked if we can have an early check in and it great that I can check in at noon ;) which normally we can check in at 3:00 pm. The room is a bit bigger than others hotel in Japan, the twin bed is bigger than others. The bathroom is okay but the bath is small but it is not a problem because we have no time to relax in the bathroom 😏 All needed facilities were provided except a water but don’t worry the location of this hotel is great a only a minute walk to the shopping street. The ice machine is also available ;) The only thing that not convenience is that if you have a big luggage you will have to claim the stairs, no elevator. There is an elevator somewhere but I don’t remember, we discovered later 2 or 3 days. The shortest way to walk to hotel is Midosuji (subway red line) shinsaibashi station exit 1. Turn right walk straight to the coffee shop then turn right go straight and you will see the hotel. Total I love this hotel and will come back again.
