Very good hotel, i would recommend it to everyone. The location was perfect, nearby everything (shopping center, Christmas markets, restaurants), parking under the hotel, rooms were clean. Also the service was really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good, you had a lot of choice to eat and drink. I can't say anything bad!

Very Nice hotel downtown Essen. Rooms are clean and Well maintained. The room we had, was functional and had a Nice bed. Very friendly staf and speak All english. The hotel Has its Own small parkinggarage but also possible to park in a big garage. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Al in al a great affortable hotel

Ali Made Breakfast Feel Like Home Being in Germany can feel unusual for me, because I don’t always expect an instant smile or that warm, inviting energy right away. But this morning at NHSN breakfast, Ali completely changed that. From the moment we walked in, he was genuinely welcoming, always smiling, and consistently helpful. He was quick, efficient, and on top of everything, but what stood out most was his friendly, calm vibe. It made breakfast feel easy and comfortable, like you were being looked after rather than just being served. I’m still here eating as I write this, but I couldn’t leave without giving him recognition. Thank you, Ali. You made our morning.

My stay was absolutely lovely, the location of the hotel is ideal, room was big, cozy and clean with all the needed anemities. After work, when came back i even found a cake to make the stay even more pleasurable. I loved also the bar downstairs and the staff is always so helpful and nice. Thank you for an amazing coffee, Christian! It made my day!

The room was spacier than we expected, and the service was very friendly - especially the charming gentleman from Martinique at reception who we had nice conversations with and who came with treats for our son. It’s also a great touch that they serve apples, sweets and coffee at reception, and on our second day we got a sweet surprise in our room. The gym was small but clean. Highly recommend, also because of affordability.
