Good

I returned to Enjoy again this year, after a great first visit last summer. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the space is great - good socialising spaces and the individual beds with curtains create an element of privacy.

I had an enjoyable stay for two nights in the hostel. Shower facilities were great and the bunk bed was very comfortable. I was a bit cold during the night and asked for a 2nd light blanket for the second night which I was given. A good area for drying your clothes and also nice seating areas to chat in. Staff were great and very helpful. The only enhancements that for me would be nice is free tea and coffee facilities during the day (as with other hostels), maybe a light continental breakfast to be included in the price and a slightly bigger kitchen with more cooking facilities (other than a microwave to heat up food). I know space would probably be an issue for the latter.

It was short stay but everything was good, the reception girl Marta was very helpful even I did my check in late.

Good location. Clean and spacious facilities. Quiet neighbourhood. Hotels.com and the hotel appear to have had a miscommunication with prepayment. If you pay ahead of time, be prepared to show proof of payment.

Hostel centrale e pulitissimo, unica pecca che le stanze avendo una finestra se chi arriva tardi la chiude l'aria diventa pesante. Magari prevedere uno spazio dove lasciare le scarpe sarebbe già qualcosa.

Hostal práctico, tranquilo y bien ubicado

Muy cómoda la cama y nada de ruido en el hostel ni mucho menos en mi habitación. Las zonas comunes muy útiles: terraza con tendedero, el frigorífico y congelador, el microondas y menaje, sofá, mesa amplia...y todo Enjoy Santander estaba muy limpio, impecable. Las dos recepcionistas, encantadoras. Muy amables, sonrientes y serviciales. Son duda repetiré si vuelvo a Santander.

La habitación era de literas con cortina para mayor intimidad, que por lo menos considero un básico en este tipo de sitios y algunos no lo tienen. El cajón para guardar tus cosas era bastante grande. Los baños estaban aceptablemente limpios para la cantidad de gente que había. Hay una pequeña cocina equipada para hacer uso si se quiere, yo no la usé. Lo que no me gustó; en primer lugar el precio, casi 40€ por noche por una habitación compartida con otras 5 personas en la que yo estaba, había de más personas, pero me parece un poco caro la verdad, no estamos hablando de una habitación privada. Tampoco había candado para tu cajón y guardar tus cosas, parece que se olvida que estás en un habitación con desconocidos. Tampoco había toalla incluída, podías alquilarla, estas cosas me parecen un poco surrealistas. Las sábanas se las tenías que poner tú a tu cama, son cosas pequeñas que creo que son básicas en cualquier alojamiento en el que te hospedas,... por eso el precio no me pareció acorde. Por último, la regla de no poder estar en el salón a partir de las 11 de la noche no me gustó, me pareció algo absurdo y fuera de lugar, creo que en general la gente se comporta y puede estar hablando tranquilamente con otros huéspedes o pasar el rato allí si no quiere acostarse.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanza per 4 con bagno. Una cordialità e disponibilità al top!! Lo consigliamo e inoltra ottima posizione!!!
