A little hidden Gem! We loved our stay at the hotel, great location just a short walk into the city centre, close to bars & restaurants. We found two supermarkets a street walk away and a gorgeous little Italian called Arte Pizza were the food was tasty and reasonable priced if you didn't want to walk back into the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice with cold and hot options. We used the gym, inside spa area but our favourite was the roof top area with bar, and slightly heated pool with views across the city, great for an early morning swim before breakfast.

Everything is okay

The staff really made our stay wonderful. We asked if we could connect our Netflix to the tv but they informed us that the casting ability wasn’t working at the moment. They provided us with a laptop and HDMI cable to still enjoy the programs we wanted. All the staff were kind to us and always happy to help with any situation. Would love to come back again ☺️

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, centrally located, we walked everywhere. Would stay here agin.

Fabulous stay, very clean, spacious hotel and room, nice pool facilities, great breakfast. Central location, airport bus stop close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff was very helpful, especially helping me with a rental car. The breakfast was very complete, but I expected higher quality. My breakfast comparison was a hotel in Madrid which cost about the same per night.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location down a quiet side street. The breakfast is amazing value. There is a large choice including smoked salmon and many different cheeses as well as hot options. The coffee is excellent from self service coffee machines. The rooms are not large but they are very comfortable. If you don’t like the pillows ask at reception as they have a pillow menu. The rooftop area is small but we always managed to get a seat after a hard day sightseeing. The only downside is the set up of the bathroom. It is lovely with a big walk in shower and a separate room for the toilet but it does not have a proper door and is directly opposite the bed so not very private as the door is like a western style saloon door so open at the top and bottom. We would definitely stay again

Great hotel, with a friendly knowledgeable staff, in a nice location right outside the old town. Safe neighborhood right next to Palma Police Station. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Clean with well layed out rooms. Limited parking in the garage, but street parking available. We enjoyed our Saturday!

Very quiet rooms, good location

I had a fantastic stay at the Protur Naisa Palma Hotel. The amenities were excellent, modern, and well thought out, making the whole experience very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, especially impressive given the great value for the price. The location is also unbeatable, right in a beautiful part of Palma with everything easily accessible. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel that delivers far beyond expectations. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the room super modern and clean and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Breakfast was great and we had some snacks/drinks at the pool which were also really nice. Would highly recommend to others and if would happily return!
