Amazing experience

Excellent hôtel un vrai 5 étoiles . Nous avons passé un excellent moment , Quelques belles attentions pour souligner mon anniversaire , la courtoisie du personnel ainsi que leur professionnalisme durant notre séjour. On est bien à l’aise partout ; du préposée au stationnement, à la réception ou au resto L’emplacement est idéal dans le centre-ville et en plus , l’hôtel est situé juste à côté de la salle de spectacle du Balcon sur ste-Catherine . Je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésitation!

Beautiful

Great staff, great location. The shower was heavenly. Complementary snack given in the gym after workout. Be careful with a few elevation changes when walking inside the grounds. Park/square across the street is well maintained. Many restaurants available in a short distance from the hotel. The only thing that I think can be improved is that the ice machines are only available on one floor. So we had to take the several trips to another floor for ice. We also had an issue with our refrigerator not getting very cold that was not resolved, but overall a great experience.

Our only complaint was the service or lack thereof of when we tried to have a drink and dessert in the evening. The hostess sat us at a table, we did not receive a drink/dessert menu. It was 8:45 in the evening, there was 4 people at the bar and 6 people seated in the dining room area. We sat for 10 minutes and no one came by to ask us if we wanted a drink or food. Bartender was not busy, he was actually at the bar talking to the lady who sat us.. we got up and left.. a restaurant of that caliber I would hope we wouldn't have to wait long to be asked for a drink or offered a menu.

A little expensive

Exceptional service and in room facilities that almost completely stick the landing. The staff really is on point, from front desk to cleaning staff. Gracious and service oriented. The room itself is grand, tastefully organised, perfect AC (never felt dry), and the softest bed and sheets. The fleece bath robe is out-worldly comfortable. I ding for some minor blemishes, the shower did leak, cleaning staff continually provided only one water bottle, and we had no slippers nor Prive door sign that we had to request for. Minor in the grand scheme.
