The staff was very friendly and courteous. Specially I want to thank the staff of Henri! Only minus point was the surrounding area. Too many homeless people around asking for help and felt the area was not safe.

Bed Room was spacious Excellent breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful. We had a problem in the middle of the night with noisy guests in the connecting room next door. I'm not sure why we were in a connecting room but a call to reception and the matter was dealt with very quickly. Would stay there again.

Poorly appointed room, no smart tv.

It's a great hotel in a good location but room for improvements. Our room wasn't ready for check in at 4pm and when we were allowed up to our room there was someone in there cleaning so we had to wait outside. We were given a late check out because of this which we appreciated - but would also have expected a drink or small token such as a welcome note in the room to have been provided especially for those booking suite rooms. The gym facilities were lacking for a 5* hotel which most of the equipment in the room not working and the treadmills were cutting out after a few minutes.

Or stay here was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to shopping. Balcony room was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great central location, relaxing bar area with great cocktails. Very helpful in allowing early check-in after our overnight flight.

Our family had an excellent stay at The Birks Hotel. The hotel, restaurant and rooms were all beautiful. The food at Henri was excellent, as was the service. Both our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite. We hope to visit again soon!

Nice upscale, but staffs are not that friendly or knowledgeable. Restaurant is overpriced .
