I really enjoy this little hotel staff very helpful and kind The restaurant very nice and u iqie view They just need a coffe maker and s hair dryer in the room other than that very clean and cozy..

I liked the staff that cleaned the rooms. They were very friendly and always helped us. I didn't like: Many times there was no hot water to bathe and other times there was neither cold nor hot water. The water would completely go out when I was bathing. It was terrible.

Pros: Low price (get what you pay for) & location to plaza. Cons: Cockroach, hairs all over sheets & bathroom, missing window glass in bath, missing door handle on shower, terrible towel quality (& no rug or hand towel), one partial roll of tp, zero hooks/towel bars, lumpy pillow, ceiling light came on by itself, & housekeeper keyed in to room while we were in bed Obviously, we left for another hotel.

This is our second time staying at Posada and both of the times we had a great time.

It was just a one night trip to Comala. The hotel is perfect located. In walking distance to the plaza, restaurants. And it has a great outdoor sitting area right at a small river. We would definitely staying there again should we go back to this not so touristy small town.

Very reasonable and a great location, generally all the staff were great, but check-in was not good. We had to walk up a 3-tier spiral staircase proceeded by the receptionist who did not assist at all with our luggage. He was not very welcoming and was not happy that we were paying in cash.

Staff very nice but the room was pretty dirty. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

I loved the location of the property. It was surrounded by vegetation and a small river ran close by. My stay was also made very pleasant by the friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This was a pleasant surprise!!. I needed a hotel at last minute for the night. Found Hotel Posada Comala for $35.00 a night. I figured I was just lucky to find a room in short notice. The Hotel is small and cozy. because of its location it is not a comfortable setting, but instead this hotel gave you the feel that your in the middle of the amazon jungle with a running river stream in the back of the hotel, many trees and birds. in the morning breakfast is cooked right in front of you in a hut like patio. Everyone was super friendly. I went to front desk to let them know I was going to be 30 minutes past the check out time and his answer was; "Don't worry, check out at 1:00 or 2:00 if you wish" It was a pleasant stay, loved it!!
