Great hotel lovely staff clean and modern loved the in room iPad that controlled curtains lights room service etc. well located.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at PURO Centrum in Warsaw! Hotel location is great, right near shops/restuarants/bars/transport links. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom/shower all modern, beds comfy, rooms very modern. Coffee/Tea Machine in reception was a great touch! Didnt eat breakfast so cant comment on that. Staff were nice and helpful, an when we arrived after an early flight, got to hotel about 12ish, they checked to see if our room was ready, it was! An let us check-in 3 hours early, fantastic! A level of customer service you dont get at many hotels, thank you!

Great hotel! Modern & stylish, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, great beds and showers. Also a cute rooftop cocktail bar. Only feedback is that lighting is very dim and it was impossible to do makeup in the evening- bring your own LED mirror if you want to do your face.

Modern hotel, perfectly clean, location was perfect. Many bars and restaurants in close proximity. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was exceptional. Overall probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Overall, the hotel itself is great - excellent location, rooms, and cleanliness 👌 I also really like the idea of having a coffee machine available downstairs. However… there is a big BUT when it comes to the spa - or rather, the saunas. We took the lift down to the “spa” area (we just guessed it's there) and were met by… no one. There was already another guest there, just as lost as we were, and a couple of hotel staff standing nearby, chatting and completely ignoring us while we were clearly trying to figure out where to go. The other guest asked for help and was met with an offended reaction and finger-pointing, being told to go “behind the door”. Behind that door was simply a corridor with more doors (!). When we finally asked ourselves if they could explain where the saunas were, the response was again finger-pointing and “it’s there, I told you”. Only after pushing did we get vague, pointed directions toward changing rooms and sauna areas - still with no real explanation. Just finger-pointing, short answers, and lots of confusing signs on walls and doors. Honestly, this is not acceptable at any level of hotel. When we raised the issue at reception, we were simply told that they “don’t have staff downstairs”. My point is: whoever we encountered there was staff, and they were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I get that the spa is separate, but experiences like this reflect very poorly on the hotel itself and leave a bad impression.

Room was impeccable, sauna and a provided Tuesday body scrub were amazing! Points take away for non-textile sauna- not everyone is comfortable naked in public. Amazing choice of tea and coffee in the lobby, restaurant seems very nice. Amenities in the hotel are great and points for pads and tampons in the boxes provided- huge plus!

Very neat, lovely staff, great location.

Very nice place, good rooms and a huge breakfast selection. The only thing to watch is that prices swing quite widely. When they are low it is very good value for money. It is also within walking distance of Warsaw Central station.
