It was a great experience. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, it was close to the city center, it was easy to get anywhere, and the location was strategic. It was comfortable for both myself and my family. Hopefully, I'll have another chance to stay at this wonderful hotel. I won't regret staying here again.

It's a bit of a test of courage... maybe because it's an old building, it really feels vintage classic, especially the interior of the room... but honestly, I got goosebumps and an unpleasant smell around midnight.

Although the hotel looks old, it's comfortable. Why is the second floor empty? The pool and gym are poorly maintained. The air conditioning isn't cold enough, and there are quite a few mosquitoes in the rooms.

The hotel looks neglected and needs a lot of renovation. Many amenities, like the minibar and hair dryer, have been removed. The hotel looks spooky due to the lack of lighting; it should have daylight. It's simply not good; the quality of the hotel has dropped drastically.

Oh my God, I arrived at 2:30 PM. Check-in took less than 10 minutes. Since I was bringing kids, I asked for a comfortable room for them. And I was given a comfortable room with a bathtub and a direct access to the swimming pool. 😭 I was touched. You're so kind.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, with a coffee shop in front of it and close proximity to Saparu. The breakfast menu is standard, but it's better to have breakfast around Saparu Field.

I stayed at a cheap price but I got the luxury of the room facilities and breakfast which had many menus, many of my favorites all tasted delicious, it felt like I was in a 5-star hotel; thanks Amaroossa Hotel ❤️

We truly appreciate all the service provided, even though it's part of the hotel's standard operating procedure. When one of our vehicle's windows was open, they immediately contacted us.
