Nice location and comfortable room

Great place to stay here at a reasonable price

Location ok. Room space ok and clean enough. Staff ok. Noodle corner's staff should improve skill, cause too late in preparing food and for the hotel, why there's no meatball sauce at the noodle corner ? meanwhile the hotel provide meatball.

Cleanliness in the room needs to be paid attention to, especially under the mattress and under the cupboard.

strategic location. friendly receptionist and concierge. in the room get compliment snack. the restaurant is also okay, there is a deck outside so it's like eating with a view of Dago. only because it is on the side of the road, the sound of cars and motorbikes still enters the room.

This hotel is very comfortable in terms of bedroom and bathroom, I like it. Everything works perfectly. There is some feedback that might be able to build a better quality: - The check-in process took too long, even though there were only 3 lines including me. And I am still skeptical why the eKTP had to be scanned. This is strange. - Breakfast, I was quite disappointed that the coffee was not good. So I had to buy paid coffee. The variety of dishes is also lacking. The taste of the food is just ordinary. I expected more because I paid quite a lot, up to 1.485 million, I think. That's all the feedback. Hopefully the quality will be further developed. thank you

Interesting experience at The Luxton Hotel Bdg, the atmosphere when checking in was very calm, the receptionist's service was very fast, different from other hotels where you have to wait at the front office for 10 minutes, this one was done in less than 5 minutes and the room was very nice, clean, fragrant, super complete amenities, clean bathroom with all the toiletries. The breakfast was very varied, it tasted good, all the staff were friendly, got a lot of compliments, namely fruit, cakes and cheese snacks. although it was crowded, the food stalls were quickly refilled, will come back again! I took the honeymoon type (because I wanted to soak in the jacuzzi bathtub) because this type is the only one with a large jacuzzi, the experience of staying here was very good.
