The staff is fast and friendly. The hotel is also strategically located close to travel everywhere.

Staying overnight with my family at this hotel was very enjoyable. When I stayed, the room cleaning still had dirty floors, huhu, but overall, my family and I liked it.

The AC in the room wasn't cold. The room wasn't soundproof. People running around in front of the room at 5 o'clock was very obvious. There are lots of rooms. But I don't know why I was assigned a room below while it was being renovated. For me, I paid over 400 rupiah for food, which I personally found uncomfortable. There were no power outlets next to the bed. On the nightstand.

Hotel staff, indifferent, no friendliness to guests even though I stayed for quite a long time, 5 days at the hotel, tend to be curt, maybe it's the culture in Lombok, but they should be friendlier, overall the hotel is good, only lacking in service, my tip is to choose the one below, or the cottage type, the bathroom and room are better

The receptionist was unfriendly, and even upon check-in, there was no smile or greeting. They didn't tell us when breakfast was, or if you needed anything, please contact them. Nothing... The restaurant wasn't great either, with a mediocre breakfast menu. When the menu ran out, refills took up to 30 minutes, and the restaurant manager wasn't prepared.

Very happy to be able to stay at this hotel, the room is nice, the staff is also very helpful even though when checking in the receptionist gave me the wrong room key card and the WiFi password given was not working (wrong)

The restaurant service was terrible, with many menu items empty. Breakfast guests had to wait for tens of minutes for their food to be cooked, even though there were many guests. However, the restaurant manager was unprepared. It was simply awful. The staff were unfriendly, especially the receptionist. There was no friendly greeting from the receptionist when we checked in or checked out.

The hotel staff were not friendly, I asked for a room by the pool but was not given one.

Enjoying a holiday with the family

I swear, the front office is SO SLOW. For a hotel that big, my suggestion is to have a help desk at least in the center of the hotel, rather than all the way out front, because the one at the front is so slow.

A hotel suitable for families on vacation or business trips to Lombok

The place is comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and polite, quick response.

A hotel with a strategic location, but can it still be called a 4-star hotel? I think no. The room facilities are standard hotel standards in general, plus there is a refrigerator and balcony. The breakfast menu is not very good, even though the room was fully occupied, but refills took a long time, having to wait 25 minutes for a refill and getting a menu that was not varied. Considering the high price, it is not worth staying here and having breakfast, 6/10.

The hotel's location is strategic, but the hotel is old. Yesterday I took a cottage room, the bathroom was dirty, the hot water didn't work, and the AC wasn't cold.
