The staff is very friendly and always upgraded from deluxe class to above. It is getting better.

Situated in a convenient location, with several easy access roads. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you're driving, you can get free parking, but sometimes the parking area is full. So far, so good.

The staff's service and hospitality were exceptional. I contacted the hotel's official contact number, which had been hacked without my knowledge, and paid for an extra bed. The management compensated me with a room upgrade and a free extra bed.

we had a very good time in here. it was our 2nd time stay in bidakara and the staff made up my room for our anniversary. we are so blessed. we had dinner at Kenanga restaurant and the meal worth the price. they all were good. we’ll be back soon for another staycation with family
