There were several incidents at the reception, and performance needs improvement: When checking in for a room reservation via the application, I asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room, it was explained that I was bringing children but the reason was that it was busy. When checking out, I was informed that we had left something in the room, namely a bag lock, asked if I still needed it, finally I was asked to return to the room (5th floor), it turned out that the receptionist incorrectly informed me that the item was from the 7th floor. Next, I wanted to take a deposit of Rp. 300 thousand, because previously when I reported check-out, I had to go up again to get the item that was said to be left in the room, the deposit money was actually left with the security, finally after returning to the reception desk, I was asked to wait for the security to come back from upstairs because the security followed me to the upper floor/room.
