Clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious food

Thank you, this hotel is perfect for me, who likes convenience, not getting tired, and not having to travel far to find food and hangout spots because the hotel is directly connected to the Botani Square Mall and is directly connected to the Damri Terminal, allowing access to Jakarta City, Blok M, and the airport. Bogor's culinary scene is also available around the terminal. Very simple. The hotel's food is also varied, there is a beautiful swimming pool, and the staff are friendly. Thank you, yes.

The location, cleanliness, and other things were good. However, when I arrived at 3:00 AM for check-in, the room wasn't finished yet. It should have been ready by 2:00 PM. I also requested mirror art, but it wasn't provided. They gave me a cake. It would have been fine if I had replaced it with a cake, but there was no confirmation.

The location and service were excellent. The breakfast menu was varied. We were assisted with check-in by the friendly and polite Mr. Hengki. Thank you.

Worth it, strategic location, suitable for families

My first stay here was very memorable. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. Access to the mall was also easy. I also got a birthday cake. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There was a sofa large enough to turn into a bed. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The swimming pool was also great, perfect for kids. The only thing missing was the children's playground, which I found lacking. I will definitely return to take the kids on vacation here again.

Staying on a busy weekend, luckily our room was ready so we didn't have to wait any longer. The food was varied and delicious. If you want to go to the mall, it's just next door.

It's a really comfortable stay here, with direct access to the Botanical Mall. It's easy to find food and take the kids to Funworld. The rooms are clean and fragrant, and the staff are all friendly. It's just a shame the elevator is full in the morning, and the elevator next to it is having problems, making it take a long time. Please fix this.

It's adjacent to Botani Square Mall, making it easy to find food, even on crowded weekends. The hotel itself was a bit obscured because it faces to the side, so as a first-time visitor, we had to circle around the building first.

Very strategic, you can go to the mall while you're there. Perfect for family gatherings.
