It was a pleasant experience staying at Aston Bogor. I was upgraded to a larger room. The entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. There are Friday prayer facilities on site. Thank you.

Always happy and excited to be able to return to staycation with Aston Bogor. Super friendly service, best quality food, abundant facilities, super kids friendly, cleanliness no. 1. So there is no reason for our family not to return to Aston Bogor again. Thank you so much for giving a free upgrade from the superior type to the Condotel 1 BR type, breakfast and dinner are amazing! Most importantly, I note that some of the furniture in the room is getting old, maybe it's time to replace it to maintain a modern feel so it doesn't look too old. Also, the coffee machine at the Batu Tulis asap restaurant should be replaced because after my umpteenth visit, it still can't be used. But overall 10/10 🎉 Will be back soon!

All good! There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, but the hotel staff quickly found another available room.

The most comfortable hotel for staycation, I've lost count of how many times I've been here, kids & family friendly, fast check-in and assisted by Mr. Rifky and Mr. Mario, free room upgrade and free photo booth voucher, and additional personal for breakfast, thank you very much Aston BNR. For check-out, Miss Eva helped very kindly, overall the best services hotel for holiday and staycation... Hopefully will be back soon....

Highly recommended for a family staycation

It was very comfortable, very clean, the balcony was very clean, and the food was varied and delicious. My son was very happy staying there.

Booked a 2 bedroom condotel room, got it at the very end of tower 3 with the door damaged and difficult to open.

A perfect place for a family... I booked a condotel. The room was clean... The AC was great... It seemed like a new one... So, it was really comfortable... As for the food... It was definitely delicious and varied... Especially on weekends...

The hotel staff was very friendly. I was given a free upgrade to a one-bedroom condotel room from a superior room by the receptionist. Excellent, great. I was also given early check-in. Awesome.
