My first time staying here, I was immediately upgraded upon check-in. All the staff were friendly, from the security guard to the bellboy, always smiling and greeting me. They were also quick to respond. I was pleased with Mr. Sansan because he was very informative and friendly. The hotel environment is cool and beautiful. Although the hotel has been around for a long time, it is still well-maintained. However, there are some things that could be improved, such as updating the safety box unit and paying more attention to the installation of hotel curtains so that they are sturdy and no parts come loose. The cleanliness of the room, food, and swimming pool is okay. Thank you Aston Bogor.

When I first entered the room, I could smell the damp air, the musty smell, the smell of an empty room that hadn't been used for days. The toilet was unsuitable, like a public toilet, with lots of yellow stains. The bathroom floor was also dirty. There was no bottled water in the room, as is standard in most hotels. The TV picture was spotty, there was sound but no picture moving. There was no cable TV or Netflix. This was the worst part, the microwave was broken, it turned on but there was no heat at all. My stay here was a mess, 1 in 10. I stayed in room 3215.

Rating: All the stars in the sky for Aston Bogor. Absolutely the best, masya Allah! I'm addicted to staying here. My kids love staying here because there are so many kids activities. The breakfast is crazy, the best! There are no minuses, everything is really delicious! Thank you to the frontliner, I got a free room upgrade and was surprised to be able to check in early. The friendliness of the staff is also the best, love love! ❤️❤️ Next time I will come here again! And recommend it to my friends and family who want to staycation in Bogor.

The best.. My room was upgraded to one with a living room.. Masya Allah, even though I got it on the ground floor and at the end, hehe.. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.. From the first arrival until I left.. My child fell and hit his head, he was immediately taken to the clinic.. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Only the food, especially the pasta, hehe, was a bit expectant because there was a bar and it was cooked by the chef. It turned out to be ordinary, but all over so good.
