The room was incredibly dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped. Dust covered the mattress and the sofa, and there was even trash. Our child has allergies, so his allergies flared up. The bathroom floor was slippery. If you bring elderly parents, it's best to have them accompany you. Please review the cleaning supervisor.

Always the first choice when staying in Bogor

I didn't specify "joined bed" when booking, only "1 large bed." So, the twin beds were combined when we actually checked into the room. I found it uncomfortable. The room, pillows, towels, and sheets didn't smell good, but at least they were clean and dry. The breakfast and food were great, which is why I've stayed here several times. Please keep doing that. If asked if I'd stay again, this hotel would definitely be one of my first choices when in Bogor.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly and very child-friendly. The food was also quite good. Because it was a holiday, the rooms were fully booked, so check-in took about 20 minutes. The only downside was that the double-bed condotel had a single bed that was too small.

It was a great stay at Aston during the school holidays. There were plenty of activities for kids to participate in: Little Chef, Foam Party, Giant Bubble, Kids Movie Night, and more. At breakfast, all the tables were full, allowing for seating in the lower section. It turned out to be the smoking area. It would be great if all the restaurants were smoke-free, so that both children and adults could enjoy a smoke-free dining experience.

The staff is really the best. The front desk with Ms. Eva, kind, friendly. Even the staff who helped carry the luggage were also friendly. But for the rooms, I happened to book 2 rooms. One was leaking, the massage toilet was also broken. Yes, it is an Aston, but an old Aston. And for the food variety, it is not as much as Aston in other places. Aston here is more like a 3-star hotel with a food menu, the variety is less. As for the outside atmosphere, it is okay, quite good, because it is supported by the Bogor weather after the rain, it is cool. Please improve it again. 🙏🏼🙂

The kids' favorite pastime was the bubble bath, it was so much fun. There were also cooking classes for kids. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the location was great.

Got an upgrade to a condotel, which was fine. But the bed wasn't very comfortable because the spring mattress made a lot of noise. And the TV should have been a smart TV so you could watch Netflix. So far, other than that, Aston is okay, the best hotel.

Although the hotel has been around for a long time, it is still well-maintained. However, there are some things that could be improved, such as updating the safety box unit and paying more attention to the installation of hotel curtains so that they are sturdy and no parts come loose.
