Very nice hotel to stay for holidays or business. I enjoy the view and surroundings.

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful during check-in and breakfast, the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel is very attractive and good.

Fun, comfortable, clean, there's a bathtub so the kids love playing in the water, the food is also okay.

The hotel was comfortable and nice, and the food was delicious. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned, as it was dirty. I was hoping for a view of Batam city, but I only got a picture of a statue, which was a bit unappealing in my personal experience. The bathroom shower also didn't work.
