The hotel is under renovation, strategic location near Gambir station and food tourism.

The water sometimes smells and the AC is not cold, maybe because the AC is very old.

The AC isn't cold enough, and the water smells. It's best to replace it because it's too old.

The most impressive thing, something I've never seen in hotels before, is the seating area under the shower for relaxation. It's so cool!

Parking is not spacious if you bring your own vehicle.

There was a renovation going on, which wasn't mentioned upon booking. I guess that the renovation caused cockroaches to come out (baby ones, fortunately). The hotel is, indeed, in desperate need of renovation because the bathrooms are very old and tired. They did try their best to clean up the room properly. On the positive side, the staff is great! They made up for the bad things. Kudos to them. And the location is good, too. Maybe, when the renovation is done, I'll consider staying there again.

Close to everywhere, Monas, Sarinah, HI, etc.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at MaxOne Sabang Jakarta. Our family room comfortably accommodated four people, and it quickly became more than just a place to rest. We enjoyed eating together in the room, making the evening warm, lively, and full of great family conversations. The hotel’s biggest highlight is its location on Jalan Sabang. The street is lined with so many amazing food vendors that choosing where to eat was surprisingly difficult. There were simply too many tempting options, so we ended up having a second dinner just to try more of the delicious local food. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making our short stay even more enjoyable. Even though we only stayed for one night, MaxOne Sabang Jakarta left a great impression. It’s a perfect choice for families and especially for anyone who loves exploring Jakarta’s famous street food scene.

When I arrived, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which was a bit of a hassle. However, it's still excellent, thanks to its strategic location and numerous dining options nearby. I really enjoyed this hotel.

The location in the city center is close to places to eat and hang out and Sarinah mall, to GI or other areas because it is in the city center.

I have never been disappointed staying at this hotel since 2021. It is always a choice because the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly, it is located in the city center so access everywhere is easy, especially close to the culinary center of Sabang.

This hotel is always my office's choice on every business trip because of its strategic location close to the culinary center. Simply put, it's the best!
