Konsep penginapan yang nanggung dan gak jelas. Di pantry ada cangkir, ada gula, ada kettle pemanas air. Ga ada teh tapi. Saat ditanya di resepsionis memang ga ada teh, jadi hanya gula saja. Lah fungsi kettle pemanas dan cangkir apa? Untuk air gula panas? Bukan ga sanggup beli teh celup. Tapi ya, hotel melati aja ada teh celupnya. Ya gini aja deh, kettle pemanas, gula dan cangkirnya di take-out aja dari pantry. Kocak.

Sudah beberapa kali ke sini, entah kenapa kali ini dapat kamar dengan kolam renang keruh, air berasa ga nyaman dan ga segar buat berenang, saya ga masalah dengan adanya dedaunan jatuh, tapi ini air bener-bener keruh, dikasih serbuk obat penjernih air juga gak mempan. Waktunya air diganti sih, entah sudah berapa lama airnya ga diganti.

Staff professional. Selalu sigap dan inisiatif dalam membantu customer (membantu membawa barang, suitcase dan lain-lain). Request surprise juga dengan tangkas dibuatkan. Shuttle nya 24 jam free untuk areal Sanur. Amazing banget pokoknya. Next time bakalan ke Mahagiri Villas Sanur lagi.

There is no warm water, breakfast is slow to cook, you have to call first.

Best! 1 Bedroom Villa which is wider than a type 36 house. The room is super spacious, so it feels like just the two of you are still empty. A bathroom with a large bathtub, the swimming pool is really for swimming, not just bathing, a kitchen with a sink and a refrigerator that is enough to stock up on food for a week. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended if you are looking for privacy. Snacks using an online motorcycle taxi are also brought to the room. The service is really satisfying!

The villa is comfortable, the staff is friendly, booking for a private birthday event with family is also fun.

Saat check in pihak hotel tidak tahu kalo ada reservasi. Jadi harus menunggu cukup lama untuk konfirmasi dan penyiapan kamar nya.

Staff ramah. Bersih dan terawat. Aman. Ga bosen walau cuma diem aja di kamar. Untuk area luar villa memang banyak nyamuk tapi di dalam villa aman. Ga mengganggu. Jangan lupa bawa lotion nyamuk aja. Bener-bener puas menginap d sini.

Not written in the booking policy, for my child, I am forced to pay for additional extra bed for more than half the price of one night stay. Also massive amount of mosquitos.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, recommended for couples and families who are on vacation and living in Sanur

This accommodation is a gem (when they have discounted price of course :)) The villa is very nice and cozy with private pool. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is very near to Sanur and Sindhu beach but they are able to keep the place so serene.
