The cupboard was full of holes and unusable, and the room was completely dirty.

It was nice, quiet, like a private pool. The staff wasn't very responsive; we weren't given towels when we arrived; we had to ask for them first. However, there was a slightly shorter man who was quick to serve us, taking the initiative without asking.

The hotel was a bit scary. It was dirty, dusty, full of cobwebs, and the toilet was filthy, so we decided to change rooms and hotels after just one night.

For that price, the hotel is not worth it. There's no water, no towels, and when asked if there are any towels, the staff just gives a blank answer and walks away.

The room wasn't clean, and the bathroom wasn't either. No soap was provided, and there was no hot water for showering. Luckily, the front desk was friendly.

The staff is friendly, only the area around the room and bathroom is dirty, many are damaged, like a hotel that has not been occupied for a long time, and it turns out the view and room are not like the photos. In front of the room facing the pool, many rooms are damaged and forced to be scary. Luckily staying with my husband and there were no sounds or apparitions.

There was no water at check-in and no water at checkout, the room smelled.

Friendly and smiling staff. In my bedroom, I felt water dripping on my feet while I was sleeping. I realized that with the rain, water had seeped through the roof and hot water was coming through the ceiling and soaking my bed.

On the balcony there is a mouse gnawing on the bedroom door and the room is dirty and full of dust.

The first day was really scary, couldn't sleep as if someone was watching, the AC died in the middle of the night, the AC and TV remotes had dead batteries, the towels were dirty. We were promised to move rooms but when we wanted to move, there were lots of excuses.

The check-in process is fast, if there is a problem with the bedroom, you can immediately communicate to change to another, more comfortable room.
