It's a really great experience with Kampu Hotel. On the first day we arrived, they served us with refreshment drinks while we're waiting for them to prepare the room. They even offered us another room that suits us more than the one we booked online. Their hospitality is warm and really nice. Their food is also really nice.

I chose this hotel based on a recommendation, and it turned out to be comfortable and enjoyable, especially for those with toddlers. The room was perfect, as it directly overlooks the pool area. The service was friendly and pleasant, and it's also close to the beach. Recommended.

My first stay at Kampi Legian, and everything was perfect. From the start, we had early check-in, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The breakfast was delicious, the food at LG27 was delicious, and the room service was excellent. It's close to the beach and the minimart. The location is a bit central, but you can still sleep comfortably. It's also family-friendly. Recommended hotel👍🏻

i stayed here from november 22nd til 25th 2025 and my only complain is that the bathroom design was arranged a lil bit messed up that the water dripping and spreading outside the bathroom.. maybe more doormats needed? :)

Great place to stay in Legian area, located near many places to explore, and also just a few minutes walk to the beach! Best value for the price they offer! Room is quite spacious, very clean, and with friendly hospitality!

Almost all of the hotel staff were super duper friendly (especially Ms. Ria, Mr. Ferdi, Mr. Verio, and others whose names I've forgotten. You were so welcoming to all the guests, always greeting them with a genuine smile). It was like nothing was missing from A to Z. Kudos to the management; the hotel has created exemplary SOPs.
