Great for family trips. Lots of foreigners from around the world and families.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Hilton Nusa Dua with two other groups of friends. Our two boys loved the water slide and pool areas (so did we). The kids club is more suitable for children around 6-8 years and younger, so we didn't really use that, but the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was incredible, and the resort itself was so scenic. Our room was perfect, and while there is some construction going on next door, we didn't even notice it as our room was soundproof—and our room was right at the end of the resort where the works were occurring. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cool, friendly staff, spa facilities, swimming pool, sandy beach, delicious food, 4 restaurants, no need to leave the hotel, everything is complete.

Arrived early but the room is ready! Awesome greeting at the front desk. What I love the most is the check-in area is separated & convenient. I was greeted with Cok Bagus & Farsya. They were super nice & attentive, my room also got upgraded to the pool view - my kids appreciate the gesture so much. Thank you for the superb service & kind gesture!

Spent 4 nights here, everything was great! Especially their services, all staff were friendly and helpful. My kid loves the pool so much!

Thank you to Mr. Mastra for helping prepare the birthday surprise at our table and for patiently cleaning up the flower mess the next day (he even gave us another towel decor afterward!). However, we could really feel the difference in service between how the staff treated us as local guests and the foreign guests. I'd prefer to stay at other five-star hotels in Nusa Dua next time, as i’ve never experienced this kind of thing there before.

The room smell mold the sofa wad dirty

The hotel has everything required as a holiday resort and excellent breakfast with lots of variety and flavour, some very rare offering of hummus, butter and condiments. However, the extra sofa bed arrangement was disappointing. The air con was directly blowing at the bed, and when I asked to change the location, the staff refused and said it was impossible. I had to wake up feeling really cold and dry in my mouth. It is not even that difficult to change the bed orientation, and there was enough space in the room, so very puzzling experience.

Highly recommended for family stays. Very enjoyable.

Check-in took so long, it was already 3 o'clock, but we had to go back and forth to ask questions. Guests come from far away, so they're tired. Uh, it's 3 o'clock, and the check-in process is still taking so long.

All is just perfect, worth the price and their service is really excellent.

Fun hotel for my family and the scene is magical.

Friendly staff, cleanliness maintained, delicious and varied food

We thoroughly enjoyed our three days at the Hilton. My kids absolutely loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but perhaps because we stayed during school holidays, if breakfast was served after 8:30, you'd have to wait quite a while to get a table. Check-in and check-out were also quick. We did lose our keys in our room, but they were quickly resolved. We also had a chance to join in on the fun movie night on Monday night. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hilton and will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Bali again.
