The hotel staff was so friendly that I wasn't even allowed to carry my own suitcase hehe... The room was clean, the food was delicious even though the variety didn't change much every day, but overall I liked it.

I arrived late, but the staff were so happy to assist me to the room.

we've got an upgraded room! the staffs were very helpful and friendly. we had diving trip early in the morning and they offer us breakfast-to-go with menu options and big complete portion as well (juice, water, fruits, bread, omelet, etc). walking distance to the beach and they have their own beach spot.

Best valued hotel in Sanur! The price is considered ok!! Will come back again...

It’s a pleasure to stay here! Perfect for families traveling with kids, though it might feel a bit overwhelming if you’re looking for calmness, as kids are often playing and running around the pool almost all day and it could be heard from your room if you have a pool view 😄 But all good! I was assisted by Bli Gede, and he was super nice! It’s also close to the beach. I’d definitely come back here if I decide to stay in Sanur again!

Good location, near to the beach.

Quite a pleasant experience during my stay, maybe what needs to be improved: 1. Car parking, the parking location is quite far and parking is limited, there is no guard to help arrange parking. Maybe valet service can be added so that it can be parked. 2. For the bathroom, the shower can use a booster so that the water is strong. Because the water is slow, it is enough for a shower but it doesn't feel good. 3. I took a room, which has another additional room at the top, maybe the access up can be considered so that it is not too steep to go up to the upper room. 4. The swimming pool can be earlier, because if it is only used at 9 o'clock it will be too late. 5. Please have a shower rinse in the swimming pool area. 6. The lighting in the room is minimal, at least add a work lamp on the table if not, because like yesterday bringing a laptop it was a bit difficult to light up. 7. For the others there are no obstacles, the food is delicious and plentiful. It is rare for a hotel to have cappuccino coffee at breakfast.

All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, starting from security, front office, restaurant staff, maintenance staff, all are friendly and smiley. My husband also got a birthday cake when we had breakfast. Highly recommended

We love the hotel ambience, food, and the duplex room is unique. There is a supermarket near the hotel also. Great location.

The hotel staff is very friendly & explained the hotel facilities and services available. I only stayed for 1 night, but so far it's been fun. It's not noisy at night. There's a special pool for children too. The location is in the middle, so you can still access it on foot if you want to go around the Sanur area.
