Strategic location, there is a swimming pool and playground for children.

Recommended for shopping around Mangdu

The location is strategic, there are many food sellers around, and everything else is good, the only thing that is lacking is that the elevator queue takes too long, it's a tall building but only has 2 elevators so if there are lots of people going up it takes a long time to wait.

Overall lumayan just a lil bit advice, hot food has to be served hot and cold food has to be serve cold 😇

The facilities are very good and complete, but the breakfast menu is very limited and not very tasty, it tastes bland.

The hotel staff were friendly and responsive, but the room we got was a bit smelly. It only took 3-4 hours to clean it, and it seemed like the bathroom exhaust was broken. The food was pretty good.

My first staycation here was very enjoyable, the service was very responsive & friendly, the cleanliness of the room was very satisfying, next time I will stay here again 🤍

because it was crowded and lack of staff, the check-in process took an hour and a half standing in line, it was really an unpleasant experience. towels were never finished, elevator access cards were also never finished. The waiting time for the elevator was also quite long.

Breakfast, a plentiful menu can be tasted as long as your stomach can accommodate it hehehe.

Booked 2 nights for executive queen room. Very spacious and comfortable. The only worry was the very steep bathtub/shower which can be a concern to the elderly. Overall, great hotel and would recommend for friends in the Mangga Dua area.

First time staying here and immediately liked it. Even though it is an old hotel, the cleanliness and hotel facilities are still okay. I like the swimming pool the most. The water is very fresh, not too much chlorine. I think I will definitely be a regular guest

It's too old, the interior is dim, the bathroom shower is problematic, the breakfast is quite varied.

got to know two nights during the fasting month, the first night the sahur menu was a package of our choice delivered to the room, the second night a buffet like the usual breakfast. because I ordered through traveloka there was a free takjil promo too. the service was really good, the room was quite big even though it was a bit old

I really like the restaurant and the swimming pool.. clean, spacious, very clean toilets, fragrant and there is a playground near the pool. The pool is for toddlers, children and adults. for the restaurant the food is delicious, what I like the most is the sushi.. for the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, the floor is still dusty, the table too.

Plus, the price is cheap for an executive room with 2 queen beds, the hotel staff is friendly, the restaurant is delicious, there are many variations, the chef who makes waffles is very friendly and even bargains with visitors. The downside is, yes, swimming requires a swimsuit, while I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts, it doesn't matter if I get reprimanded, but I was the only one who got reprimanded, even though there were many mothers there who were wearing the same t-shirts as me. So I was confused. I intended to stay for 2 more nights, but it didn't happen because of that incident. It's okay to get reprimanded, but reprimand everyone. Thank you🙏🏻 hopefully it will be improved again And one more downside is that finding food after 11 o'clock is a bit difficult because the surrounding area is already closed and the restaurant closes at 10 o'clock.
